I was late to pick up the smoothie, so I called and asked if he could be restored. the girl I spoke to told me that it shouldn't be good 20 minutes after the fact that it was sitting there waiting for me to pick it up. I came in the car recognized that the smoothie drippy was and came and asked if it could be restored. her manager came out and mocked me to ask if the drink could be re-established n said: "This is the last time we are in a position to be a smoothie, we can not only waste the ingredients." that was my first time too late to ask for a fresh drink. I have worked in past for coffee sites and when people ask to make drinks fresh, I have not asked or let them know what we could not do, I have done my best to do what I could do to make their day smooth because that was my task. the manager of the load is bobby lynn. after my experience with this manager. I will not return to my old favorite smoothie place in my neighboring. I am also a young African-American woman, and I am not sure whether it was a race or not, but it seemed like that. I was very patient and friendly and asked her to restore my drink. the manager was very rude and unprofessional and showed racism.
