"Having grew up here from the age of 5 to 18, I was pleasantly surprised when I came back for a visit and my sister took me here straight from the airport to grab a quick bite. I turned veg in high school and if Superfoods existed then, I would have been a frequent customer. Not only is it a natural food store, but they have a cafe as well. I got a veggie wrap and was quite satisfied with the portion and preparation. I find that there is a balance in a properly made wrap, to be struck between the veggies and the dressing/hummus, or thwow thing can be a watery mess. They do it right here. They have a variety of wraps, among smoothies and other goodies. Most of the vegan options are labelled as such, so are the organic ingredients. Happy that people have an option like this in such a small town."
