"I ate in Pienza twice on two different days during a recent Gaylord conference. Both times I found the staff very friendly and quick to ask if I needed something. The first time I went in without reservation and was sitting and served immediately. 2. time I used Open Table to book a reservation and was assigned to the same treatment. The food was excellent, and there was a great variety between what was available, from grain and oat flour, waffles, pancakes, French toast, pastries, etc. to eggs, bacon, sausage. Orange juice, milk and water were abundant, and I have offered several other types of juices for sale. I would recommend Pienza to the busy traveler on the leap that needs a fast place to assemble a dish of food itself to their own taste."
