"We went Saturday evening at 5pm. The restaurant was only half full at this time. We ordered drinks, which are always excellent, and enjoyed the bread basket, which is also delicious. After ordering, we waited nearly 45 minutes to get our dinners. My wife ordered the sea bass which is always amazing. I ordered the 26 oz 55 day dry aged ribeye. The steak was not very good. It was cooked properly, but it was chewy and had very little flavor for a ribeye. We aren’t sure if the steak was the reason for the very long wait for food, but our waitress and the manager passed by and said our food would be out shortly. Overall it was a disappointing meal at Copper Rock. We stopped going to the Copper Rock in South Bend where we live because of the quality and management. My wife and I were pleased we were comped the meal prior to arriving, but we aren’t sure if we will return for a while if we are paying for the food. Drinks were excellent. Sea bass is the best around. Service was ok based on the long wait for food, but we aren’t sure who was at fault there. Friendliness of the staff is great too. Please fix the quality of the steak."
