"Most other places don't know how to DO TEATastes so bad it makes you say, SCREW TEASome boba is awful, makes you wanna BOO TEABut that'll change when you try Kung FU TEAWhen you taste this one, you'll see you never KNEW TEAFinding the Lemon Black has really been a COUP TEAIf you wanna be a Playmate, this can be your HUGH TEAThat's why you have to come straight to Kung FU TEAWHATLocated near relatives houses in New Caney, which is a good 25 or so miles N NE of Houston right along Hwy 59 aka I 69.We were delighted to see a Kung Fu Tea open up right in New Caney next to 2 major hwys (Grand Parkway also passes this point). It may be one of the locations which is owned by the same guy that owns the Chinatown one I'm not sure. I'll let you know once I know. But there's literally no good boba this far out, so it's wonderful for the community all the way up here to now have an excellent, spacious, nicely designed and very friendly KFT here. I like it better than the Woodlands location.Kung Fu TEAIt's great for MEI stop by here for a drink or THREEKeep coming BACKFor Lemon BLACKFeel so addicted maybe they use CRACKI'm not SUREBut it tastes so PUREBobaddiction is my sickness and there is no CURESo I'll get the BOBAAnd then I'll go OVERTo Barbie's hotel room so I can DISROBE HERAnyway, enough about the perfect BarbieYou better get your ass to K F TThis location is friendly, and didn't mind serving me 15 mins before closing which I really appreciated. The milk teas at KFT don't really do it for me, they're different, but not awful, however the fruit drinks are great, especially when you get them with black tea, which they might adjust for you if you bat your lashes. What to get: Lemon Black Tea With Tapioca!Or: All the fruit teas are pretty good, especially if you go off menu and get black tea!Or: Go crazy and order your fruit teas with the very strong Oolong!Or in winter: Any of the hot milk teas!Which milk teas are best: Honey Oolong! Oolong! Maybe Taro or Almond! I also love the regular milk tea with Oreo! The Lemon Black Tea is the bestLike Barbie's shoes or her fake breastIt tastes like a dreamAnd can make Barbie creamThis boba is better than the restSo instead of showing your crackAnd being asked to please stop coming backGo to Kung Fu TeaAnd drink boba with meAnd I'll share my fave drink: Lemon Black."

"I would give this location no stars, if possible. First, I would like to say I have loved Schlotzsky's since discovering them in the late 80s. I've eaten at many across Texas and get a craving for them. However, in my opinion, this particular New Caney Schlotzsky's location DOES NOT taste like nor represent the flavor, freshness and bread fluffiness texture of all the amazing Schlotzsky's sandwiches and food overall. Major difference (not the only difference) for me is the BREAD!! THIS LOCATION'S BREAD IS DIFFERENT IN A BAD WAY. It is dense, stale, tasteless, and sometimes cool to the touch. This location has been the most convenient and I have given them several tries over the last few years... it's still bad and no change towards the better. The bread does not and has never tasted good fresh, the texture is hard not fluffy with a slightly yummy crisp to the outside. The sandwiches are tasteless, not like Schlotzsky's! The meat, cheese, mustard and even tomatoes are not like other Schlotzsky's. I am not a picky eater nor a person that believes in one and done for restaurants. I have given them several tries over the years. Last attempt, we threw out two large originals. The feel and taste... yuck! So, in conclusion, is this New Caney location a breakdown of management and/or quality control, machines, ingredients?? I don't know, but this location DOES NOT accurately represent the quality, freshness and taste of the Schlotzsky's I know and love! I have hope they will step up and resolve these issues so that this location remains and thrives! As of this post, this location is off my list of go to eateries ... as it's a waste of money."
