"Sinodino's is such a disappointment. Especially on Mother's day. I will never eat here and it is sad because we have had miles stone Birthday parties there before and had Mother Day there last year. Our reservations there at 5:00. The hostess gave us the menu and the bus boy gave us water. We sat there waiting for a waiter to come get our drink order. No one ever came. Finally after for 30 mins., my brother got up 3 times to get a waiter. The place wasn't too busy (for Mother's day) there were a lot of tables empty. But there were about 6 tables with 8 or more people. Finally after the 3rd time my bother walked up to ask for a waiter to come. It now 5:45…the waiter comes and ask for our order. We had to tell him to take our drink order first. Then we realized that its probably the best to give him our order because we waited so long for someone to come. Then he had an attitude and even rolled his eyes. He didn't tell us what the meals came with we had to aske him, what type of starch the meals come with and if it came with soup or salad. We get our salad and bread from the bus boy. That’s it!!! The waiter never came back. At 6:40pm, we ask one of the bus boys to see how much longer it will be for our food to come. We see him walk in and then walk out of the kitchen to help other people. He never came back to tell us where our food is. We walk up 2 more times to see how much longer. They said they’re plating our food but we see no plates set out. It’s past 7:00pm, we’re hungry and still no food. Finally we decide to walk out. The Manager tries to apologize, they’re short staffed, etc…. But she should’ve walked around earlier and acknowledge the people waiting. We weren't the only one sitting and waiting, the other parties that were there before us waited atleast and hour for their food to come. When my sister was talking to the manager she saw our waiter cooking our steaks in the kitchen. What kind of restaurant has this become?"
