"the Yang-Zi restaurant in norderstedt near hamburg (Germany) is one of the many Asian restaurants around. it is acceptable that the location looks good, the business lunch prices are ok, although the à la carte menu seems too expensive for what is offered. but the stunning thing is the totally negligent, type of detached, lunatic service: no menu without asking afterwards at the bartheke, no seasoned on the table, a vase with the small flower only for Asian guests, extensive waiting time also for a simple standard lunch time and still after a complaining no self-reflection of the staff should come to much work and not come to much work. So if you want to enjoy normal acceptable food for an acceptable money (which only applies to the lunch set menu) with a service so devastating to be really angry about it: go there. but for me no next time."
