"Stop eating for a quick bite when other restaurants in the area didn't sit for dinner on Friday night. Get some drinks and tried a Black Velvet (Guinness and Prosecco). I hesitated to order the grilled cheese, but it's what I felt. It exceeded expectations and came on delicious bread better than your simple sandwich bread. My friend ordered the reubs and said it was delicious. Friendly service. Will visit again!"

"Located in a strip center at the northwest corner of International Boulevard and Tanger Outlet Boulevard, Poke Bros is one of those poke restaurants that have been popping up throughout the United States over the past few years. I dined here in early October 2021. Poke (pronounced poh-keh) is a Hawaiian dish made of sliced or diced fish (usually raw) that is marinated. A classic poke (my preference) is served with rice, but there are options for those who prefer a low-carb alternative. Ordering at most poke restaurants features a build-your-own component, and while this is available at Poke Bros they also offer bowls with predetermined ingredients. I decided to go this route and ordered the Da Kine bowl as it contained most of the items I would normally choose. I have to say that I enjoyed it very much, but was a little disappointed at the portion size. The dining room had a contemporary look and was well-maintained. I felt the prices were a touch high, but not terribly out of line for this kind of eatery. The service was friendly, helpful and efficient. If you’re already a poke fan, you’ll no doubt enjoy this place; if you’ve never tried it but are interested in doing so, Poke Bros would be a pretty good place to start."

"LoLA is truly amazing, but I must say, choosing what to eat can be quite the challenge! Everything on the menu is fantastic, and I find myself wanting to try it all! I’m definitely planning to return until I’ve sampled everything. Honestly, the appetizers are quite generous and could easily serve as a meal on their own. So far, the best dish I’ve discovered is the etouffee—it's incredible. Everything else I've tried has been delicious too. Enjoy your visit!"

The appetizer plate that came with our meal was a nice touch, and the garlic sauce was delicious! Overall, the service, food, and atmosphere all deserved a perfect score of 5. The price per person was between $10-20 for lunch."

"I love small businesses. We visited North Charleston for a night and didn't even think about Super Bowl. We had planned to visit another place on the street, but they were closed for the night. When we walked in him, we noticed that they were out of trouble because of the game. "EXCELLENT FOOD! Visiting from out of town and found this restaurant from Google reviews. Doesn’t look that great from the outside but it is a nice bar inside. We’re greeted by a friendly bar tender. Great selection of craft beers and sandwiches. Had the Cuban Sandwich, wings, pulled pork sandwich, grilled cheese, and hand cut fries. All were excellent!! I wanted to leave a 5 star review but we waited for 45 minutes for our food. The restaurant was not crowded but I understand there was only one cook working so he was busy. It was well worth the wait!"

"We wanted to go here for a long time but something always got in the way. It was my birthday so that made it a good time to try. We got reservations for 5:45 and were seated promptly when we arrived. The décor is nothing special, seats are hard and the place was a little warm for my liking but I was ready to try everything. It's tough to describe their style but an Asian fusion with other cuisines mixed in, served tapas family style best fits the bill for me. You get a taste of everything. Our server recommended everyone pick 2 dishes, mains and appetizers. The dishes come to your table one or two at a time. We had some fun ordering and didn't double on anything, so there were a lot of different plates coming to our table. Top dishes were the PORK CABBAGE DUMPLINGS, SICHUAN HOT KARAAGE (chicken), GARLICKY EGGPLANT, CHILI CRAB TOFU with gnocchi and the SEAFOOD DELIGHT. Every dish was new and offered a completely different flavor. I'm a carnivore, but I truly enjoyed all our dishes. The weak link was their deserts and knowing what I know now, I'd pass on them. Two were offered, a blue berry Klondike bar and an ice cream moon pie, nothing special for me there and I left them for the table. If you read this and you have their menu, you can judge for yourself about the pricing. I read a few other reviews that said it was expensive for what was served, I felt their dishes showed creativity, the merging of different cuisines to add subtle differences in every bite. We enjoyed ourselves and will surely return for their next month's menu."

"Stopped after shopping and found this place, enjoyed a quick dinner with my wife. The service was fast with no one until halfway through another group. Waitress was kind and not insane. My least preferred things were when she brought the check without my question when I hadn't finished my meal and there are no windows in the headquarters. The best thing was that the food was amazing, Pad Thai was very good and Curry had a perfect kick for medium spices with an amazing taste that I cannot call. Springs reels came with a rich peanut sauce. Kellner was also friendly enough to bring us a spring roll of shrimp and vegetarians. I recommend for a quick bite to eat with friends who feel close."
