"Our experience at this restaurant was overall wonderful. The redfish with crab was exceptional, with the fish cooked perfectly and enough crab for another meal. The scallops were also cooked to perfection. The pistachio-butter cake was delicious. The only downside was the chargrill oyster appetizer, as they were the smallest oysters the reviewer had ever seen. Despite being tasty, they were a disappointment compared to larger oysters from LA. Ben(Jamin) provided outstanding service with great recommendations. This is a high-end restaurant where diners can expect to spend $100-125 per person. The reviewer recommends trying a nice Tempranillo instead of cocktails for a delicious meal. Overall, the reviewer highly recommends this restaurant, with the caveat about the chargrill oysters."

"This place is open all-night, unlike most all of the other breakfast joints that open at 6am and close at 2pm. When we arrived at 4am, Sat night/Sun morning, the entire restaurant was empty, except for a table of police officers taking a coffee break. Normally, an empty restaurant is taken by me as a sign to avoid the place, but at 4am, the choices were few. The décor is very nice, clean, typical of other such venues in the area. We both ordered steak & eggs. I also had biscuits and gravy on the side. The food was decent/average … except for the steak which we both thought was a tasteless sub-par cut of meat. Prices were fair, in line with other such venues are asking. Service was attentive, but being the only diners in the whole restaurant, it's not really a good measure of what to expect during normal hours. In the middle of the night, yes I would return, but I wouldn't order the steak again. During the morning hours, I would choose Southern Sunrise Pancake House instead. NOTE: Apparently the original Plantation Pancake House moved to 1003 Highway 17 North, Surfside Beach. This location, at 2001 Highway 17 North, North Myrtle Beach, is just across the street from Dino's House of Pancakes. My credit card receipt actually READS Dino's House of Pancakes, so I am guessing that Dino's bought this location when Plantation moved up the road."

"Oscar's is one of North Myrtle Beach's hidden gems. I'm a local and frequent this restaurant regularly. The food is delicious with generous portions and the staff is polite, courteous, and quick. The bar restaurant has a great bar with a fantastic atmosphere. They also have an awesome game room to keep kids and adults entertained for hours. Great place to watch your favorite sports!! I highly recommend."

"A great place for breakfast, lunch or dinner. If in North Myrtle Beach, look for the golf cars. There is usually a line to reach (which is a sign of a good restaurant). The line is moving fast. The friendly and competent staff can help to provide helpful order tips. We went to breakfast and the quality of food was great. The amount of food was more than expected. The Omelet was great, like the local Pommes. The homemade cookies were a treat. Service Great food Will a recurring customer!"

"Yes, it is a chain, but the chefs are given in creating their menu width. We went to an early dinner and were very happy with our choice. Adult drinks were delicious and much needed after a day of the farm work. Our server, Pam, was wonderful. Your recommendations were great. The fresh bread with an olive oil diving sauce was a great way to start our meal. For appetizers I had the corn scissors with lump scrap. My wife enjoyed her Caesar Salad then had amazing rainbow trout in a lemon butter sauce with fresh green beans and potatoes. My butter fish served with a spinach/lumpen crabsauice was also delicious. We were so tired and pleasantly full we brought their melted carrot cake home. Will give an update after the attempt!"

"We went to BBQ House this past week for takeout and all 3 of us got the Big Daddy Plates ... All I can say is woah!! It was soooo much food and freaking delicious. The price was very reasonable for all the food we had. Roughly $22 a person, but it was 2 meats, 2 sides, and hush puppies They had a ton of items to choose from and the staff was on point. Will definitely go again. P.S- Get the corn nuggets... You 'll thank me later."

"so we went to burger fi because I've read all the great reviews. if they have a first timer it may take a because to find out what they want to have characters, but they are hard to read in the back of the line, the girl at the theke did not understand English well and could not articulate it what slowed down the process for everyone. After we finally ordered that my father got a single with cheddar and I got a double with speck, regular pommes, regular tweebel rings and 2 small drinks (5.25) came to 31.35 wow. no matter, we have our drinks and waited for our summer to go on my tablet and came back to the table no speck on my burger I saw speck read my in double with..."

"We just had lunch at Tidewater Grill, and I had the best burger ever! I highly recommend trying the bacon pimento burger, it was amazing!! My husband had their Thursday $10 special, which was a huge portion of fried flounder, French fries and cole slaw. Definitely glad we stopped. First timers who will be back. Since that initial visit, it has become our tradition to stop here as soon as we arrive, even before settling into our condo, to either enjoy dinner or simply order the dip for takeout. The service has been consistently exceptional each time we visit. The waitresses always make an effort to ask about our vacation and chat about our experiences in North Myrtle Beach. "We wish we had found this place at the last night in town. From the moment we went to the door, it was like we were with them at a family dinner. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. We started with the Calamari, which was the freshest tasting I ever had, and some Hushpuppies (the cinnamon butter was a spin I never had and very good). For meals we chose the pick three meals with shrimp, fish and mussels and the Captains Platter was all very good, but the fish was a whole different level of good. Closed the meal through the cleavage of Peach-Kbbler and it was not disappointed. Next time we're in the area, we'll probably come here a few times."
