"TBR, The Brutal Review, a food and tell of a really good deli whose soups I can't wait to try. 6/14/2022: First visit. I only bought some beautiful, soft, large, juicy, pleasantly mild seasoned onion and garlic bagels. They were very good enough for a return. The staff was really great: polite, honest in their recommendations and altogether nice people. Quip: printed catering menu was available, but regular menu was only displayed (one on the chalkboard behind the workers and (b the website, via pdf. The staff apologised not to have any hard copies. 6/16/2022: Second visit. The following were ordered: Hot lean beef on a pumpernickel bagel and hot turkey pastrami on rye, any NY style, especially with mustard packages, but sans Slav, salad and pimples; Breakfast sandwich with egg, ham, bacon and standard American cheese (I forgot to go to Cheddar, or Swiss, or Muenster, or... ; Potato pancakes that have come with one side of apple leash; and service just as excellent as the previous visit. Quips: Mustard packages were missing. But s 'alright: we have our own must at home, and I'm the only one who ever wants him. This leaves the menu that was still only available on the chalkboard and pdf. Wattayagonnado. I planned my order from a laptop on the 15th anyway. The NY sandwiches were really NY style, tight and very thick packed with loads of meat. The and everything else tasted very well, especially the rye bread, which had a wonderfully robust taste. N.B. not all rye are the same and this rye definitely makes the cut. This rye was quite soft because he sweated while driving home. What the meat, we prefer lean beef despite the extra fat taste you get from regular. And the turkey pair was a bit dry, but maybe his seasonal work made it look like that. Maybe it was just real turkey than what Hillshire Farm offers because it is from a deli, and more real turkey is dry. We all prefer that turkey even the beef, because we like our meat light and its taste was best, what is funny when considering that fattened beef / abandoned / to offer more taste. All personal preferences. The Cajun curls were good, but not really spiced Cajun what I would expect if I ordered something like that from Carnegie in the beginnings. That was a nice 70-style compound. It had apple juice! The potato pancake was what I really enjoyed. It's the thickest thing I've experienced in my life. And it is crispy on the outside and smooth and fluffy(! without potato tubers on the inside. I've never had it like that. I am used to dilute articles from the food freezer or pancake houses, in any case with tiny, clobular potato cubes in a crust-like exterior. That makes them more like Hash Browns, but hey, deceive in the advertisement.... I used to this real version really fast and thoroughly enjoyed it. Remains, i.e. as keeps the 6/16/2022 order after the refrigerator: 6/17/2022 day and eve: just as good. Microwaves these Cajun curly pommes with our household waste put the mustard, not after, Microwaving and they were better with than without. Tip: By adding the must I have worked away with the need or bake these curls. The last of the sandwiches was a bit of the angry beef that was also good and went with the mustard that no one likes in my household when I was. (So to the ketchup cage for you, Boo. 6/18/2022 Breakfast: last order, a potato pancake with one side of apples. Two fried over medium-sized eggs over the last pancake I had microwave. Great and maybe even better if I fried or baked the pancake. That was not a cooking show; I just wanted to eat. The apples were pretty sweet. It complicated the pancake taste nice."
