"Ever was amazing. The Pinche Wedges Fries a whole diff environment experience the different flavors that were exploding on my taste buds were a whole different experience. The Birria Tacos were nice and crunchy the meat was cooked with excellency. The Carne Asada Burritos was anazing I never had Carne Asada Burritos before so it was a whole new world to explore. Overall everything was amazing and I give my thanks to the owner and his employees for the amazing meal they made for me."

"I love coming to La Cucina however this time I had to actually ask the waitress if we could order dinner. She then proceeded to tell us she wasn’t our waitress. We told her she opened our wine and told us the specials, she insisted she didn’t , however then did take our order. I know the place was busy but being rude is not good business or being inattentive."

"I wanted to give this place a shot about the killer reviews that it had when I first arrived, the treasurer server was beautiful. When I got my food, I was a little disappointed because of the cheeseries. The cheese was completely unpredictable, and the frits were burned and boiled half. The burger himself was beautiful, so I decided to give the place a call and see what's going on, as that was my first attempt. The owner Rob was very professional and treated the entire situation spectacularly. I decided to give him another way, the burger was great (again), pommes were delicious, but the cheese was just not my expectations. Besides, I loved it and would recommend!"

"One of my favorite places to eat. Food is always delicious. Servers are always friendly. So why the 3 stars. This is on the owner. Today was the first time I ever got takeout pizza.I also got mussels. I got home and looked at the bill. 1charge for the pizza. 1 charge for the mussels. Then something I never saw 1 fee for the takeout box. Things are getting crazy with prices but this takes it to another level. He should be ashamed of himself. I should give him a bill for my gas to get there."

"The food is very good here however if you have any type of problem the customer service lacks. I placed an order online for two items and when they came to deliver they said I ordered 3 which was showing on the receipt. I told the delivery person I only ordered two and he said he can’t do anything about it just call and they will take care of it. He took the extra item back. 20)I called and the girl on the phone was very nice said the check isn’t closed out so the manager will be able to handle it tonight.I waited to see what the charge was come out to and in fact the charge closed on my card for the amount with the extra pizza.I went into the restaurant and spoke to a manager who told me that in fact they weren’t going to refund me the money because since it was a web order I must have placed the order. I was shocked at this as I called that day and the delivery driver who I was told was the delivery manager took it after.The manager then said the bar she could do would be give me money for the item. I said no what about the added tax and delivery charge that was not disclosed at the time I placed the order.She goes on to tell me she cannot and I have to come back when another manager could refund me the money. After around and around she took out two $10 bills from the drawer and said here this is what I can do.I was complete shocked this is how I was treated as clearly there is a website glitch as the manager told me that yes there is in fact a delivery charge but on the ordering website it I doesn’t shown up.I feel that I wasn’t valued ad a customer and at no point was there an apology or an acknowledgment that yes seems strange that there was another placed on the same order number after it was closed.I would be remiss if I didn’t say I would hope the manager wild call me me to apologize but I unfortunately don’t think that will be the case ."

"My partner and I decided to have dinner at this restaurant. Since we are new in town, we had heard good things about it and it was on our list to try out. We are so glad we did! We tried the special of the night along with some delicious wild rice soup. The food was absolutely incredible--it's now our top favorite restaurant in town. We also liked the drinks and were pleased to see non-alcoholic cocktail options available. The service was excellent, and the food was served promptly. Our only regret is that we haven't had the chance to come back again!"

"Was in the area and stopped in on a whim. Always love stopping in at different breweries and this one was by far one of the best! Staff was very friendly, they had live music from a local artist (who was a joy to listen to), beer was delicious, and the food was tasty! Can't go wrong here. "What happened to the old Penny's Noodle Shop??? The original that started in Chicago on Roscoe Ave and on Diversey Avenue. I don't know if the ownership changed hands or what but this place is not the same and it's truly sad. Penny's Noodle Shop used to be so popular in the city and this one in Northfield used to be pretty much the same as the downtown locations. Now they've changed their menu and the dishes that were on the old menu are not the same. Flavor and freshness is lacking and whatever seasoning they are doing tastes off. I've dined in and ordered delivery and it's been overall poor. Don't waste your time ordering from here thinking you're going to get the old Penny's because sadly that's no longer here. I know I won't be wasting my time and money here anymore."

"AC Country Club, WOW. How can we find the words to express how impressed and grateful we are with this amazing venue. Angela was informative and incredibly helpful in the planning process and the day of our big day. We got married during Christmas time everyone loved the decorations around the venue. Our guests are continuing to message us and tell us how awesome the venue and the food was. The bridal suite is roomy and gorgeous, a perfect place for us to get ready. The staff all day was super helpful and always made sure everyone had what they needed. We brought some lights and garland for the room and all we had to do was hand it to the coordinator and they put it up around the room no problem. The bartenders were awesome, the bar never had a line. What more can we say. We are so happy with AC Country Club and would HIGHLY recommend anyone have their wedding there. You will not regret it."

"I heard a year from this place and made it for lunch today. With activity and many customers. Friendly staff and attentive to their customers. Loved the lift Bridge Root beer on tap! ordered the corn beef and the cup of the sausage and the German potato soup. Really enjoyed the soup! Delicious aromas and very hearty! The bread on which the sandwich was made was just as good. Very fresh and complicated the sandwich. Unfortunately, the amount of beef on the sandwich left much to be desired. The meat wasn't even enough from one end of the roll to the other only salad. Next time, I'll try the Bratbeef."
