"Incredible service and handling to-go orders extremely well during the pandemic. Online ordering was super easy and right when we pulled up (which was exactly on time) I gave them a call and someone was coming out to my car for curbside pickup within the same minute. The food was packed very well and very delicious! I know this is a chain restaurant and I've been to other locations in the past but this one definitely does very well! I'll be back very soon!"

"I’m very disappointed I have ate and ordered food many times from this place. The food is good, my problem when they take the order on the phone you get something else, it happens few times and another thing their portion is small specially the rice, sometime they put small slice of onion, I’m wondering maybe the onions are so expensive!!! Unfortunately they’ve lost a good customer."

"Drive thru had a long line but it moved moderately quick. The employees looked like they were having fun and were super chill. While waiting for our order we saw multiple employees washing and rewashing their hands in between orders for the in store service. Cleanliness is a huge plus and feels good knowing they value it too. On to the shakes? ordered strawberry and 2 chocolate shakes. Well worth the wait and the price. We?ll most definitely come back to this location!"

"Very disappointing. It 's been sketchy coming here to eat. Food and service. However, this time was the last. Service was the worst. Food brought out was not made right. Told the owner and all he does is smirk at you. Very condescending. Didn 'trectify anything.....didn 't care. However, he was really friendly to his regulars . Will bend over backwards. Well, we willnot be in his regulars club. Too bad. We would have liked to be. If you take care of everybody equally and respectfully, youwill have a nice following, however, you are a failure at this. A wrong can be made right. It doesn 't take much to make acustomer happy, but you choose not to. This attitude is not good for business."

"I wish I took more videos or pics but the food was amazing. Our chef did a great job keeping mu kids entertained as well as cooking one of the best hibachi meals we’ve had to date . Highly recommend this place. The prices can be a little intimidating but overall fairly priced and really good service. Will be coming back soon......"

"They have the best Italian Beef in the Chicago area. We got take out this visit and they pack the sandwiches in the foil lined paper then in a plastic bag. The sandwiches were literally dripping (we ordered the dipped) and the plastic bag makes all the difference in our experience."

"Amazing salsa !! Great service and a fun environment !!! But they need better cooks with more than one cooking style who know how NOT to overcook all the meat they offer. ALL dishes taste very similar! All with burnt burn marks on "whatever" meat, mixed with similar spices and all well done to finish cooking. The burned cremation, like a fajitas, but for every dish? This is the second time that I had to come here with the same results ... I refuse the next time I am invited ... Maybe have a drink because the mood is good and fun ... she just need better cooks ..."

"Arrived early for my reservation at 7:15, and was finally seated at 7:45. The manager asked us if we wanted to eat in the grill or in the restaurant, and we requested to eat in the grill. I didn’t want Hibachi, but I wanted to eat my sushi and watch the entertainment. Turns out that’s frowned upon. When the waiter took our order and I ordered sushi, he grabbed the manager and she got in my face telling me I had to leave. She said “I asked you…”, so I said “you asked where we wanted to eat, not what we wanted to eat.” She made a huge scene and demanded we leave the grill. We laughed it off, grabbed our drinks, then moved to the restaurant (which was basically a sad ihop booth). My wife ordered the veggie egg rolls, and fortunately I took the first bite because my wife is allergic to shellfish and the waitress brought us shrimp egg rolls. It was a disaster that amused us more than it probably should have. 2 sushi rolls, egg rolls, and chicken Lo Mein was $88. Why was it $88? Well, this restaurant has mostly a black clientele. Their other grill is in a rich white town. One of them charges an automatic 18% “service fee” on all final bills…the other doesn’t. Yep, they tax their black customers. That’s when the entire experience stopped being funny. Outside of the unnecessary rudeness of the manager and staff, and the poor service, this could have been rectified. But after seeing that they stereotype their customer base, and apply fees based on racial stereotypes, it is clear to me that they want the revenue but have disdain for the customers they serve. I would gladly starve before I give them another dollar. They saw a boring white couple that they thought wouldn’t say anything, but after a week of organizing my thoughts I want to make sure as many people as possible understand how this place treats people, and make an informed decision before visiting this restaurant."

"This establishment is very rude and disrespectful to it’s patrons. I spoke with the manager Jennifer to explain that the chicken was very rubbery. But I never got the opportunity as she was very curt and rude. I hadn’t even spoken a word unfortunately before she verbally assaulted me. She accused me of desiring a free meal. And I simply wanted a nice meal after working a 12 hour shift serving others. She rolled her eyes forcefully trashing the food without hearing why I dislike the rubbery chicken. Then she accused me of wanting a free meal as I sat in my scrubs after a hard day of work. She forcibly trashed the food then she insulted me. She treated me like I was beneath her. I had not even said a full sentence. I understood that I was not welcomed as a patron here as she walked off before I finished explaining. As hurtful as this encounter was, I realized where I am unwelcome. I want to thank her for trying to show me my place. I don’t get the option to treat people like dirt as a registered nurse, but even if I could, I would never. Everyone deserves to be treated like a person. Unfortunately tonight I wasn’t."

"Excellent place, I enjoyed everything. The Customer Service was great. Nachos and salsa was excellent. I would definitely recommend, the wait wasn't long at all. Me and my friends were going to eat somewhere else the wait was 45- 60 minutes long, so we decided to come here, So happy we did, we were seated right away. Our server, was a male, didn't get his name, but he was awesome and he received a great tip from all 3 of us. With us was my 5 year old son he had a cheese burger and fries, they give lots of fries too, my son enjoyed it. Thank you. They also greeted us with a smile when we got there, and when we left and it was raining when we left. It's Eat in and out doors, but wear a mask to enter until seated."

"The drink, the Swirl, I ordered at the bar looked nothing like the picture in menu and did not taste very good. The Bartender was not customer friendly either. Then, when we got seated on time. Nobody waited on us for almost an hour. I had to stop a waiter at another table behind us to get some service. Although he was not our server, he waited on us and apologized. He bought our mediocre food out immediately. My guy asked for hot peppers and received some chopped up green peppers after asking 2 different employees for them. The food was edible but not worth the money at all. I was really DISAPPOINTED. I heard good things about the food but that was not my experience. I had better food and drinks at Pepe’s and other authentic Mexican restaurants. I regret we didn’t go somewhere else."

"First time here food was good service was decent. Got the skillet with chorizo, was good. Charged extra for sour cream. Coffee was ok. Orange juice was great think it was made fresh. Got a side of the hash it was really good. Got the strip steak with eggs. Ordered it medium rare and it came pretty well done also not that big. Hash browns were really good. Definitely will be back and try something else."

"I don't think the sever was aware of add-on to your meal. I had to order several appetizers to add to my meal instead of adding shrimp to my meal. I spent well over 180.00 for four adults. The sever insisted that Outback doesn't do add-on no more. I told her that's not true because we just came from NC, and they did add-on with no problems. Outback need to make sure every restaurant is aligned across the board."

"I will not be eating here again. The waitress/owner rarely checks back to see if you need anything. You have to ask numerous times for water. This last time she messed up the order, brought me the correct taco, but then charged me for the mistake. My choice was to let her throw it away or pay for it. No offer to let me take it home the taco and no apology. She said she did not remember me ordering the steak taco after she brought me a ground beef and green pepper one. There are plenty of other great Mexican restaurants to choose from in the area with friendly service. Take a pass on this place."

"The food is consistently good, but the service is lacking. The cashier seemed eager to leave and there weren't enough staff members working. He took all five of our orders but failed to mention that fries weren't included. This was a surprise to us since we've been here many times before and have never been asked if we wanted to add fries. When he finally returned, he said it would take 4 minutes for the fries, even though I was already halfway through my burger. I was very disappointed. Additionally, the shakes were so frozen that we had to wait ten minutes before we could even drink them."

"Indoor dining yea. Pleasant staff. Waitress very nice, explained the menu and substitutes for potato choices to us very nice side choices. Food was good. They have a Turkey burger for an alternative to a hamburger. Portions large. Prices start at 10 and go up. They serve prime rib steaks and seafood. Your tip is placed in your bill just so you know. Had a nice dinning experience."
