"Let me tell you something. I lived in the south for 8 years...originally from the 805. This is the best damn BBQ in the 805....PERIOD! you know how I know? Black folks cook it, I tried it for the first time today, pulled pork sandwich w/ slaw. I don't even have to try anything else on the menu to tell you this is the real deal. Skip all that other BS they call BBQ out here and hit this place up. You will not be disappointed. They have a new life long customer.10/10"

"The food here is super good! Make sure you remember that throughout this entire review Next let’s talk about customer service the staff was very kind. They were super helpful. Our waitress continually made sure our coffee was full and asked if we needed anything else. Seating, you need to sit outside on the patio. It has a great view. You won’t regret it in my opinion. The cinnamon roll was overrated. I ordered the corn beef hash and it was really good. The portion sizes are massive and I would say that the cost is reasonable. I hate going to a breakfast place where you pay a ton of money for a super small portion but this portion was just perfect that actually came with three eggs. I also ordered the banana bread on the side but I’m too full right now to tell you how it is so I’ll have to come back for that one."

"We had a reservation on Tuesday morning. We were welcomed and sat in the middle of the room it was a nice room with a touch of class. Beautiful music in the background. Excellent Christof server) was attentive to our needs. I'm asking for his section. The salad bar was filled with interesting and delicious sides they had several delicious sauces for your meat selection. They had many hard and soft special cheese and some delicious sourdough bread slices. There were also other hot sides nearby like several types of potatoes and black beans. The plentiful meat choices were brought out by an employee on a skewer and they cut them right at the table. There were about 5-7 different meat choices and you can all try. We had only a water and a soda, but they had a large collection of wines that wall the room walls and the bar was full of service. The desserts and drinks are not included in the special price, but they were a fair price and the desserts all looked decadent, we shared a Brazilian cream brûlée it was very good. We come back to our next special occasion."

"I went to this restaurant for lunch craving a slice of pizza. I enjoy coming here for lunch because it's close to where I work. However, when I tried to order 2 slices, the guy informed me that they were only taking large orders and encouraged me to buy a whole pizza. He showed me the lunch special for a large pizza, which was only available during lunch hours. They should have a sign indicating that during certain times they only serve slices, and during other times they only take large orders. I was disappointed and ended up going to Subway instead."

"My family and I went on a Saturday evening, and there was a wait but it was only about a 10 minute wait before we were seated. We were seated at the booths on the left and every time the door to the outside seating closed, the whole side window would shake. Other than that, we had a good experience here. I ordered the Spicy Miso Ramen and a Large Roll. The ramen was really good, but I probably wouldn't order the Large Roll again with it. I wasn't able to eat it all! I think next time I'll try a specialty roll on its own."

"Made a large party reservation inside the private room and I have to say that the service at Larsen's is on point. I had to make multiple calls to modify the number as well as ask them several questions and I received courteous answers each time despite the number of times I had to call in. Throughout the meal, the waitress Aly (Alyssa) was very patient and accommodating to our party size and deserves applause for how she provided service to us. Food-wise, everyone ordered a wide arrange of food, but we didn't hear a single complaint from our guests (party size of 17). From the children to the wise adults, everyone enjoyed their food from visual appeal to the taste of the food. Of the several steakhouses I've been to, this was probably one of the few steakhouses that I've been to that puts quite a bit of effort in not just their main entrees, but also their appetizers and sides. Even something as tiny as the chips in the spinach and artichoke dip and something as integral as the tuna tartare; everyone was surprised at how well seasoned the tuna was (it reminded me of a nice tuna poki) and how crisp the chips were for the dip along with how much spinach and artichoke was in the dip itself. The entrées were done very well and visually very appealing. The tomahawk steak was of notable visual appeal and amazingly tender. The sea bass was a noticeable size with moist and flakey inside. The mashed potato sides and grilled asparagus were a favorite amongst everyone and the mac and cheese made people quite envious and considered order another side for their entrée. From my personal view point, the wet aged steak (New York Strip) was very flavorful and tender. Better than a normal steak in my opinion and made quite nicely. The temperature was right and the season was on point where it wasn't overly salty and you can still taste the full flavor of the steak. The mashed potato side was very smooth and buttery to the taste. Doesn't feel overly heavy so I wonder if it's whipped mashed potato too. The grilled asparagus was nicely prepared and still tender to the bite while being grilled and not burnt. Again, I loved how attentive they were with even their sides. All in all, I was quite pleased with how the event and food were handled by Larsen's. I highly recommend them for a special occasion and their food is quite exceptional in my opinion. As told, the dry would be higher in tenderness, but a bit less in flavor compared to a wet aged steak. One day, I'll be able to do a side-by-side comparison perhaps. Until then, definitely worth a try for you to formulate your opinions."

"I couldn't help but laugh at how much food there was. I enjoyed some right away, took the leftovers to work, and ended up feeding four people with it, and I still have enough left for two more meals! The breadsticks were a little hard, but I actually appreciated that since it meant less for me to eat. To top it all off, the food was delicious! This meal is perfect for a family of four, and the value with DoorDash is incredible!"

"This is my first trip to California from New York... so maybe I would have been a little drunk because of the ride on RT 1 the Pacific Coast highway from LA into the restaurant during sunset, the mountains on the right and the sea on the left stunning. Then come to a commercial center very quiet and desolates didn't think much of the area. Then go into this foyer with 30ft blankets and one of the coolest wine racks I've ever seen. Now begins the experience we received from a beautiful woman who was very friendly and smiling that showed us on our table. Then the culinary experience of a life began a four-course menu and matching duke wines to each course. Waiters and busboys are waiting for you. Vegetables were extremely crispy and fresh fish and steak were perfectly cooked.....below the charts good a girl's fireworks explosion of taste in every bite. And then dessert with a matching wine. This is an experience you cannot give up...."

"I have always loved Dairy Queen over other Ice Cream chains. When I was a kid we would go there as a treat and they were always good. Butterscotch Dillybars are amazing. I stand by that statement, it will be the hill I die on. The serving sizes are not monstrous which is the norm for many restaurants/fast food places. When you get a blizzard the toppings are actually dispersed throughout the whole blizzard. While other places have the toppings layered at the top and the other 90% is just plain ice cream. You may need to take a drive to get there but it is worth it."

The staff does a great job of clearing and cleaning tables as guest leave. With 3 staff members taking your order as you enter makes the wait time (if any) very short. 1-2 minutes. "Me and husband went on Feb 13 to avoid Valentine's Day Haven't been here for past three years . Excellent customer service from our waitress, best pizza ever and by far the best darn Strawberry Blonde Martini I had forgot about this Italian restruant but sure is still around because of their good food . The only gripe I have ordered a canoli and there was none available ,definitely recommend this restruant to all Oxnard residents."

"This restaurant is clean and offers many parking spaces because it is in a shopping complex. The staff, although friendly were slow to take our drinks order, but our waiter Jameson was after. I really enjoyed my dinner, although I wanted to avoid certain things because I was on the fence, i.e. spicy maple syrup and white Gravy (sometimes your meal is only saturated with it). I ordered the fried chicken dinner, the hand-packed butter milk boneless chicken breast, red skin potato mash, white engraving, spicy maple syrup, sautéed spinach with smoked bacon. OMG heavenly. Our teen ordered the flank steak (they enjoyed it) with strawberry limonade. First, who actually had real strawberries. My husband had the chicken parmesan. He thought the pasta was dry, but I think this is a simple solution with the demand for extra pasta sauce. Would definitely dinate here again."

"This is a Korean restaurant for non-Korean people. Not for Koreans. Not like some of you mentioned. About $20? It wasn't even so good. I could get a tastier $10 dish at the food dish in Galleria. view the rest of their menu; everything is overpriced. $33 for?? Do you have a Michelin star nobody knows about? "Tried for the first time thru Uber delivery. First impression was nice packaging and then immediately focused on food portion which was very disappointing considering price paid. Got the apple walnut salad with chicken kebab and El Greco bowl. Amount of salad could be more and protein given is probably less than 8oz of chicken paid extra $5 for it, salad itself is $10, I'd have starve eating the salad alone. The El Greco bowl was listed as spicy but I find it rather bland to be honest. The bowl is loaded with fries, quite underwhelming really"
