"I went into this subway for a few months, and it is the only restaurant I visited because the other national/local restaurants either pay very bad customer service/food, trite appearance or there is a problem (i.e. cash only in an economically depressed area). While small, they have been as good as any Subway I 've (and the cookies, omfg still fantastic). All really remarkable problems are largely due to the fact that Asian customers are demanding or unlawful ghetto. PROS: Food quality, usually friendly (except if certain customers change their ghetto switch to position). Accepted cards (I know this can be strange, but in this area, I must), NFC and QR payments. I believe they also have Wi Fi. You also have more toppings, drinks and chips than the app/website shows. CONS: kind of small; can be difficult to understand what the staff says; I would prefer REALLY if those with beard wear a beard net or comparable mask. I watched a customer complaining about the treatment of food after money, but they filled and changed gloves, etc. ODDITY: I like to get a foot long Spicy Italian for $5.95, but then it could go for $6.00 as part of a national promotion. Yes? November 2017 Update: After visiting Subway in NYC and comparing the food quality with this particular location, I change my rating to 5 stars. What's more, I understand the staff better (a kind of seemed mean, but he's not) and they're pretty nice. I have solved some minor problems and quality is consistent."
