"Bread and Butter is exceptional! Would really recommend it especially for those who likes peaceful and well organized place. I always go here whenever I have my free time. the ambiance of the place is really amazing and the vibes always sets up my mood. It is just very calming and really gives me the peace that I look for. Their foods are also very immaculate. Affordable yet would already solve your cravings. I always go for their hash brown, Sunday, toast, eggs bacon, and banana bread. Would really recommend this to all of you to try! All are well-seasoned, delicious and tasty. Their size portion is neat as well and really sets off the deal. They have an absolutely perfect breakfast ambiance and the atmosphere of this place is great. Their service as well. Their staff are very much cooperative, friendly, kind, patient and professional. Great place, neat people to be with and their foods are on point! Thank you for the wonderful experience and awesome service guys! You all really made my experience better and unforgettable. "I’ve been to Agio many times, at least 10 to 15. I only live about a mile away. Food is always excellent. My last visit was a little frustrating because there were multiple large groups at the restaurant and the staff was not able to handle the demand for servicing all the patrons. The waiter was not our regular waiter and the drinks and appetizer/entrees were quite delayed. Also, everyone was jammed into one room and an additional room was not being used. It would have made it much better if the large groups were separated from the 2/4 person diners in the unused room. I may avoid making dinner reservations on Saturday nights and plan on going in the evening during the week instead. Like I said, the food is excellent and the service is usually excellent too. But until the staffing issue and party issue is addressed I would reconsider making reservations on at least Saturday nights."

"I purchased a dozen donuts from here, 4 of which were the chocolate cake. I bit into one of them and was taken back to my childhood. This establishment has the best donuts that I've tasted in many years. I just want to say thank goodness that I don't live near it, otherwise I would be twice as big as I am now. "This café is very neat. This is the place I would go to whenever I want to have a hangout time for myself. The vibe is just really peaceful and would really set up my mood especially after a long tiring week. They have high quality foods and even though some are simple, all really has a twist. I would always go for their Swiss burger mushroom, Chicken, salad, tortilla chips, and some soup. Would definitely recommend those especially if you want a simple yet intricate dine in. Their place is also very well organized, tidy, neat, unique and clean. Their interior is very nice and also pleasing for the eyes. I also like their size portion, foods are affordable and has such great deals. Would really solve my cravings every time I come here. Their service is also immaculate. Staffs are friendly, professional and cooperative. Would really help you with your menu and would talk to you properly. Neat place, awesome people to be with and well-seasoned affordable foods. "The portions are absolutely HUGE and the dine-in experience was fantastic. The cashier was SO personable, and recommended me the honey mustard for my fried chicken sandwich. It paired PERFECTLY!! I ended up grabbing a second one for the sandwich 'cause I 'm deffo a sauce kinda gal, but the portion was perfectly good for someone who likes a normal amount of sauce lol. They provide a number so you can sit down and they bring the food out when it 's ready. We also got an order of the clam chowder and fried 'shrooms. Both were so fresh and came out hot! It was genuinely like sitting down for a home-cooked meal, delicious and fresh and absolutely amazing. I am going to be coming back again and again!!!"

"let me tell you first off I'm not a coleslaw guy but I'm really not a big beans guy so I ordered the coleslaw for a side. there's a reason why I'm telling you this before I say anything about the meal. this is what coleslaw is supposed to taste like. this place is well over a 2-hour drive to my house but I'm coming here every time I want coleslaw. I've never had coleslaw like this. it's supposed to taste like this. it's not watery or too spicy or to blend it has the right amount of crunch and I just don't understand why I can't order just the bowl of coleslaw if I can order a bowl of soup! okay now on to the meals, this place was recommended to Us by a retired chef who sold me his car that same day. I asked if there was anything in the area and this is where he pointed us to. I have the quesadilla burger which was not served on bread, I guess everybody else does it wrong! it had a lot of guacamole on it, didn't skimp on anything. there was a nice variety for my side selection they had homemade chips or crinkle fries or something or regular fries or steak fries. I got the steak fries and she got regular fries. we ended up switching because we like each other's better. she had a burger I think it was called the black and bleu, red blue cheese on it. she doesn't eat bread so she was missing out. the bread looks fantastic. you might think it's a little pricey but getting a burger and fries and McDonald's is 10 bucks these days. these burgers I believe were $13.99. They have a nice holiday drink list but we didn't try anything. prices were listed on everything except for the wine and beer list which I assume changes all the time with the ridiculous Illinois alcohol taxes. great place, we'll probably be back soon."

"I don't even know where to begin. My first experience at this place was amazing. It is a small, clean restaurant that serves delicious food, especially their tacos. I wish I had visited sooner, as they have a wide variety of options on their menu at very fair prices. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating, even offering suggestions since it was my first time there. I ordered a variety of tacos and they were served quickly. The tacos were flavorful and packed with meat. The salsas were also delicious and really added to the overall quality of the tacos. I particularly enjoyed the habanero salsa for its spicy kick. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend this place to my family and friends. I can't wait to go back again."

"Stopped in for a quick meal with mom and the food was amazing. We ordered the bruschetta with sausage, bacon wrapped honey scallops, a spinach and cheese empanada, chicken empanada, and a flan. Each dish was better than the next. The scallops were definitely my favorite. Everything came out extremely quickly and service was excellent. Would recommend for anyone looking for a high class meal with amazing flavor at a lower cost."

"Yes there are new owners and it?s a new restaurant now BUT they definetly give you a taste of home. The owners were so nice to us and it?s family run. I think this will be a new up and coming hole in the wall spot very soon! They treated us like familyand made sure we were well fed. The service is still being worked on. This is all new to them DONT be afraid to ask for moresides/sauces/veggies etc. they?re not mean about it or stingray at all. I can?t wait to come back in a couple weeks and see thenew stuff they do!"

"I have been coming to the Palatine Inn for many years. I would say that the best thing about the restaurant is it's consistency. You can always depend on each dish being delivered is going to be the same as the last time. That's why you can have favorites! The turnover of servers is very high, so I can't say I have a person I would ask for, but the training must be very good because service is always good. It would be worth your while to check out this friendly and dependable restaurant!"

"Cute brunch spot. I highly recommend the Chiliquiles if you go best thing on the menu (although everyone in my party liked what they got) the staff was friendly and the **** Mary was good. I would have given the place 5 stars, but we had to wait like 25 minutes for a table when we got there but there were like 12 open tables, so I'm not sure why the wait, but it was forgivable."

"We have been to the Dundee location a few times and my work has gotten take out from this location (the first time I ever had it) Still one of my favorite Mexican restaurants around. This was the first time we have been to the Palatine location. it doesn't look like much on the outside or inside but the food is great. Service was quick and attentive, it was later on a week night and there was only a few other tables filled. I love their black beans, I think they are the best I have ever had and the cilantro rice is excellent as well. Since we have noit been in a long time I didn't deviate from things I had and love. The 3 taco platter with One Wild Mushroom, Queso Fresco and Relleno Taco. All were just so good, the Queso Fresco with the carnalized cheese alvacado and elote is just a stunning taco. I really love this place and this location is as good as the Dundee location. Dont pass on it"

"Authentic Chinese food in the northwest suburbs. We ordered popcorn chicken, spicy fry hot pot, lamb bao (weekend only special) and egg drop soup. Everything is flavorful, authentic and generous portions. The downside is that they seem to be a bit salty to my taste. The interior of the restaurant is very nice however the waiter we had didn't seem to speak English and was not able to explain the menu to my non Chinese speaking hubby. Overall I give it four star and would probably try again next time. Don't forget to visit the small Chinese grocery store in the same strip mall to support local businesses."

"Old school gyro, Italian beef, hot dog joint. I've passed this place many times and have never been in. Well, the fries were crinkle cut and thick N Crunchy. Perfectly done. Nice size order too. The gyros sandwich was good and plentiful with meat. I did the sauce on the side to keep things neat to eat. Meat was hand trimmed off the spit and had a nice crispy texture. Thinly sliced tomatoes and onions were easy to bite and overall this was a solid choice for a quick lunch. Next time I'll try the beef. Oh, they had some unusual sandwiches like the Italian gyros with marinara red sauce, giardinera, mozzarella on Italian bread that seemed very interesting. Even a southwest gyros. Cool stuff."
