"I have given this restaurant multiple chances, but time after time, my experience, especially during this last visit, has been negative. The food quality has always been good, but the staff lacks in customer service and efficiency. I placed a mobile order and arrived fifteen minutes later. When I informed the cashier about my order, they asked if it was ready, even though it hadn't even been started. Another employee mentioned that the cooks were not focused on their work, but assured me that my food would be ready soon. After waiting in my car for another 5 minutes and returning, I saw the cook chatting with coworkers. The cashier questioned why I was back and I reminded her that I was still waiting for my food. After a few more minutes, I finally received my order. I was not the only customer experiencing delays. The staff was rude and unprofessional. The cashier lacked customer service skills and the cooks showed a lack of dedication to their work. Frankly, I am surprised that most of these employees still have their jobs at this establishment."
