"Stopped in this weekend to have a look around and a cup of coffee. Herban Coffee Lab was a lovely surprise! There was a nice variety of delicious looking baked goods, coffees, and teas. Gourmet muffins, cookies, scones, and huge cinnamon rolls were just a few of those items on display. Herban Coffee Lab also has a savory menu that includes staples such as quiches, soups, and salads enhanced by daily specials like Guiness beef stew, lasagna, and/or spinach mushroom madelines. (Before I forget, for all of you techies, there are convenient plug-ins for your electronics and wifi) It is situated on the Plattsmouth main street in one of those beautifully renovated older buildings....such a refreshing change from the monotony of all the chain fast food!
