"The visit to this restaurant is by far and was by far the best Mexican restaurant that I have been to, and at least the past couple of years. The server was by far one of the best.He made sure that the drinks were always full. He was on top of the refills. Also, he was very attentive to our needs and explained to us what each dish was and what it contained of whether it was spicy or not so spicy. I would rank this restaurant a 5 star restaurant. And I don't go out to many restaurants. Because I have had bad service, but this restaurant right here is definitely a 5 star, and I would recommend anyone who likes Mexican food, spicy or not spicy. They have got some of the best seafood platters along with Mexican platters. In conclusion, a 5 star restaurant service was 5 star and I couldn't have been either could my tummy LOL!!"

"The staff is always polite and professional! I like the 99 menu and each server will help you to have your food any way you like! I enjoy the popcorn for a starter and each one always ask if I would like another helping of popcorn because the initial one disappears rather quickly m! I usually say no, but thank you!"

"this time I had the captivating bolognese with homemade pasta. it was very good and a great part. my companion had the steak tips and said they were perfectly cooked. I would also recommend the court that I had visited a previous one. stuffed pork, with prosciutto ricotta cheesepot and wild mushroom risotto. it was fabulous! the server were nice, but not as attentive as I would have wished. we ate outside on a beautiful terrace to the side of the restaurant. the music of the loudspeaker was too loud. we were all talking louder so that we could hear the talks on several tables clearly. I didn't notice that last time."

"UPDATE UPDATE: Tony is the kind of owner you get behind!! Tony reached out to me directly after reading my post, apologized, explained the confusion and went above and beyond to make it right!!! Support local business especially when their food is delicious!!! Thank you Tony!!! UPDATE TO OWNER: thank you for responding although I don?t know how to reply back to your questions. I called when it happened they argued that it is the same all the time. Then told me come back from my 40 mins drive and would make again I asked if it would be the same way and they said yes I said that makes no sense refund me which they said they couldn?t and needed to talk to manager who wasn?t there I left my name and number. Called back on the Monday same thing no response no refund no one cared. Plenty of times I have been in area and wanted to go back but refuse if that is how customers are treated. Family take out night was perfectly fine when the food matched the advertisement. The one time it had added Unrequested stuff on top of the completely wrong bread I was just told repeatedly that it was the same and that is how they always make it. I traveled forty mins away and was getting no where so asked for my money back and was told no. So no dinner. No money. No service. No returning customer. You tell me, do those sandwiches look the same???"

"if they ever want a home cooked meal, but they do not want to cook it, this is the place to go. we go here a few times in the week and eating is always fresh, excellent and hot from the many. the flesh and the chicken are pointed. cute potatoes, potato and mais. fabulous caesar salat, creamy spinach and fresh vegetables are much healthier options than the typical fast food with French fries as the only choice. and made to house, hot chicken soup available year round is exactly what the doctor ordered. the personal is wonderful, efficient and hard work. mohammed and shakiri are 7 days the week there, because like all others they can not hire enough help. eating is excellent, the prices are incredibly reasonable, the charging is clean, and the staff is over and above courteous. they can count that always qualitatiw high-quality, healthy, genuine foods. please support this local business. I don't want to lose our neighbour boston market."

"Steak tips with a Campari and Soda. Side of arugula salad. Bread pudding with a coffee for dessert. This is the best meal I 've had all year, hands down. And 4 hours earlier I didn 't even know I 'd be having it. My girlfriend and I were going to attend a Karaoke night with some of her friends in Quincy but we had some time to kill beforehand. Both of us being foodies, we said 'let 's grab some dinner in the area ' and searched 'Phantom Gourmet Quincy ' on YouTube. We love that show and have spent many a Sunday morning watching the glorious food porn it provides. With few exceptions, it 's never steered us wrong. The spot it had on 16C featured all the close ups of delicious dish we 've come to expect. Two little facts they dropped caught my attention more than anything though: 1) The steak tips are a townie treasure, a secret recipe brought over from another restaurant by the owner 's father after his own establishment closed its ' doors 2) The woman who runs 16C operated a bakery for 10 years before she opened this spot A Boston classic take on steak tips and deserts created by somebody with heaps of experience run by two generations of restaurateurs? Perfect. All the tables were full when we arrived, but they were happy to serve us at the bar. The guy behind the counter was impeccable at his job (my only complaint was that he likes to serve Campari drinks in a wine glass while I like them in a cocktail glass, but I can understand how that could be a matter of personal preference). The bar is also really cool to look at too. All the wine, beer, and spirits are arranged symmetrically and staked high on dark wood, with the top shelf stuff in the middle in fancy bottles. It just looks dynamic. But enough about the interior design. Let me tell you about dem steak tips. Medium rare. Marinated in... something. It 's got a flash of sweetness that 's obvious but not overpowering, like cola mixed with a blend of herbs and spices that takes just enough edge off. The meat is tender enough to cut but is cooked to that right level that gives you all that chew you 're craving when you get tips. I don 't know what 's in that secret recipe but you can see why it 's crossing generational lines. The maple arugula salad was fine too and provided a perfect break in between bites of the meat. My mouth was watering as soon as I smelled the things. And that desert man. Let me tell ya. Bread pudding is amazing when done right. And you can tell that the person in charge of the slice I got had been doing it right for a looooong time. It was the perfect level of moist. My spoon cut right through it but there was none of that excess moisture you sometimes get if a place has been keeping it refrigerated and allowing it to accumulate water in a container. I was also taken aback by how NOT sweet it was. Most bakeries over-sugar their stuff too much for my palette and I get sick of whatever they 're serving after one or two bites. This place cooks it with a level of sweetness that 's comforting and also allows the flavors of the bread to really stand out. It really mellows you out and lets you work your way through the entire slice guilt free. It also came out toasty with a cup of coffee that was a perfect cap on the meal. Just perfect. Thank you 16C. I really wasn 't expecting to have such a good meal last Saturday night. Honestly, as delicious as everything was, you kind of stole the thunder from Karaoke afterwards hahaha."

"they will check all when they enter. good quality, huge portions and very reasonable prices. eating is not good, but eating is delicious and plentiful. they can break the rule and kitchen of 3 countries, its one eat and does a decent work. the singapur hot tee (teh tarik, $2.50) is absolutely amazing, just like what I had in kuala lumpur (yes not in singapur I know.) please, thank me later. schanghai style suppenknödel 6) were tasteful and certainly better than their standard chocks-suey joint. Pork-Schnell-Curry (tonkatsu, $10) was a big part and pretty good, although probably from a stick-cube. Mala soup was beautiful, probably the same broth as used in hot pot, not excessively spicy and with a decent amount of bark."

"I went to a bridal shower there and it was really lovely. The staff was so sweet and helpful, the food was delicious, the views were amazing, and the atmosphere was just wonderful. I am wheelchair dependent and the restaurant was easily handicapped accessible. The elevator is close to the entrance so I didn’t have to weave through tables and patrons and feel awkward In order to get to the second floor."

"Ill give five stars cuzz food n service was awesome. But me n my girl went there last week n ordered 2 fisherman platers n a cup of chowder..... We went under the bridge to enjoy it.... Opened our plates and had a nice peice of fish... But hardley any clams.... Not worth the 60 bucks we spent. This is the second time this has happened...... Maybe a mistake by the server... Not sure.... But we have been going there for a long time... And hate to say it... The portions went down hill.... Prob going to have to find a new place to go. We dont mind paying the money cuzz obviously seafood is pricey..... But we feel we paid for two seafood platers.... But only got one..... Got like five clams. Three shrimp and two small portions of fish in each meal.... Not worth 60 bucks... We will be shopping around for another seafood place. Sucks cuzz the food is amazing and never had this problem there before...."

"We love this place.. It's always worth to drive the extra 15 mins from Boston even though we're an hour away. The price and food/ service is always great. So for all you whiners that's cheap and always complaining. Just stay home. Because we go there every other week and it's always packed there. Don't forget to tip!!! Can't wait to go there again "

"So I noticed a trend in all the bad reviews... None of them are reviewing the pizza. We got the Italian garden pizza, it was phenomenal. Crispy and soft, the ingredients were fresh, and the price was really good for the product. Best pizza I've had in my 9 years of being in the US to be honest. Granted I just moved to the east coast, but even out here, best pizza so far. It's called Sofia's Pizza, stick to the pizza and I think you'll be just fine! Underrated spot."

"This is the third time I'm ordering drinks with my food. The first two, they forgot to include it and offered to refund which was silly cause I’m a subscriber and Today they delivered me a drink with an insect in it! I couldn't eat the food anymore cause god knows if there is one in the food as well!?"

"The worst attendant and the most incompetent. The attendant Rosalina is always arrogant and makes a bad service you make an order she charges you and doesn't deliver the order to you. She still lives screaming with colleagues. She should take an attendant and emotional intelligence course. And the Cook who comes in front yelling at the teenagers who are at the window. I think this place should Check up on the employees, they are all very stressed and make a lot of mistakes. Cooking is an act of love, not hate."

"Ordered a beef dumpling, wonton soup, mushroom noodles, scallion pancake and a fermented rice dessert. Beef dumpling was flavorful and juicy. The wonton soup was a big disappointment in terms of size. The filling and skin is so small that you can’t even taste it. The soup was very salty. The noodles in the mushroom soup was good but the soup was just salty. The scallion pancake was very small and weak in terms of taste. The dessert was the most decent offering out of all the food we ordered. We were the only customers on a weekend night, which is not a good sign."
