"craigs is rustic and quiet. the server was all they could ever hope for in a restaurant, personable, knowledgeable, and simply 'well, what he did. he made the experience very pleasant. eating was excellent and without the “city-like” prices most restaurants have accepted in the opposite. often we try a restaurant and while the experience was good, we cannot find ourselves back soon. that was not one of those times. we already have some other dishes on the menu targeted and will be back. we even make it the next breakfast place, as it is what others have known it for. great work craig’s cafe! thank you for making our “Date Night” a special experience."

"A great place for some delicious Irish breakfast including blood sausage and soda bread! Next time I'll ask for the sausage on the not-so-well-done side. They probably over cook it because most folks on this side of the pond don't appreciate the softness of blood sausage like I've learned to enjoy."

"The manager and owner was a true gentleman! I found it a bit unusual that all the young, health-conscious people were wearing masks while I, at 65, chose not to wear one. It's worth noting that, as a franchise, they no longer accept coupons due to rising prices on many of the ingredients they use, which is understandable. Overall, it's a fantastic place to eat!"

"A friend of mine mentioned this place a few times before the pandemic. I'm glad I could finally get there. Interesting place in a busy section of Quincy. The food is really good. BIG PORTIONS!!! The Crabcakes were some of the best I've had in Mass, I grew up in Maryland, so I know Crabcakes . The spicy aoli is good, it adds depth of flavor but still let the Crabcake flavor through. I got the Fat Cat Philly with Truffle Fries. BIG, but very tasty. They have several flavors of fries on the menu. Real good flavor on the Philly. The Mac and Cheese is the best mac I've ever had, soo good. I know, your mom makes the best Mac ev'ah right? WRONG! This will open your world to how good a Mac and Cheese can be and don't even think about going back to KFC or Chick fil a after this. You could drink the garlic cream sauce in a straw and it would be awesome. BIG. REALLY BIG. You can feed 4 people with this. Unless you are carb loading for the marathon, do not get this alone. You can also add meats for an additional charge. The bartender was super nice. She mentioned that their drinks have a kick to them, so be warned. Another thing is that the bathrooms for this place aren't in the restaurant but across the hall. They were not well maintained when I was there, I'm not sure if the building manager or the restaurant is responsible for that so I will not let it effect my score, but as patrons be warned. Parking is not great in the area as well, but you can walk there from Quincy Center. Definitely worth visiting, bring friends"

"A nice gypsy girl I had the reubs. It was a little dry when I liked, but had great taste. The chips were crisp and well seasoned. The waitress was friendly and the service was fast. The prices were reasonable and the atmosphere was great! Those I went with had a Clam-Chowder and a salad. Both liked their dishes. Definitely recommend!"

"I have been going to the Wheelhouse for over 25 years. I now have to make an 18 mile round trip to get there and back, so you know how great I think this place is. It not only has the best and most extensive diner menu ever, but it has the best and friendliest serving staff I have ever experienced in any restaurant. They live by the motto-Everybody knows your name and everybody is glad you came!!"

"It took 40 minutes to get a hamburger place wasn't even busy. There was 2 orders ahead but they were both single or two person orders. The burger was okay. The ratio of lettuce to burger was more lettuce than burger, sauce was tasty. It did taste quite fresh. They did get my order wrong. I ordered the a beef patty with the veggie style(an addition of grilled mushrooms, onions, crunchy onions, and jalapeños) I received a regular hamburger. Staff didn't seem to work together very well, communication seemed limited in the kitchen. Biggest complaint are the length of time it takes to get served and the mistake on the order. Normally I wouldn't be very upset about a mistake but after waiting 40 minutes for my order I would expect to at least get what I ordered."

"Absolutely terrible service with very rude staff. Food was very mediocre and had a weird leftover taste. There's also a giant Blue Lives Matter flag outside their building which made me very uncomfortable and I find it inappropriate that they would even bring politics into their establishment like that. I definitely recommend visiting other bars/restaurants in the area as Quincy is very diverse with tons of other great options. Don't even bother wasting your time or money here."

"I'll give this place 0 star! I ordered this "roasted Ente Curry"? That almost cost me 17dollars? But only six ducks inside! I asked for return because I had never touched it, the owner refused to do something to solve this problem! This is definitely not worth it! Very disappointed experience for buying food from this store! And the owner just says to us, but it's really not useful!"

"first I went in the bathroom, the floor was sticky and there were flies everywhere...ick my two children 15 and 22 are on the table. the ordered drinks were water, diet pepsi and sierra nebel. everything was quite out of the mountains instead of Sierra nebel. So we ordered our food. start first and they were good. my son ordered chicken brokkoli alfredo, my daughter ordered prime rib sandwich no onion with loaded kartoffels and I ordered steak, loaded maische and brokkoli with cheese. the food of my life was good. the sandwich of my daughter was full of wobble and they gave her fries. my brokkoli was hard, cold and had on it shredded cheese. broccoli and cheese is with creamy cheese, not shredded no melt cheese. the waiter said in order, went away and helped his other table while the rest of my eating became cold!? he finally came back and we were like eating my life well, they can just take us back and take it out of the bill. then came the manager who offers gloomy yada yada. no thanks, our commands should have been right, with and then we would order dessert! I just can't feel anyone who's really well-kept?"

"It’s like eating in the hotel bar. It took 10 minutes before anyone came to take my order even though there was not one other table occupied. It then took 30 minutes for me to receive a piece of (expensive) fish that had absolutely no taste. Then it took another 20 minutes before the server noticed I finished my meal and cleared the plate. It must have been a very interesting conversation she was having with the other servers in the corner of the dining room."

"I used to work for the family that owns this location, they also own zoup In town. Terrible family to work for, they cut cost and are cheap anywhere they can be. Promising full time hours then giving you 10 hours a week after 2 weeks. After every transaction at either family owned store the pid pad will ask for a tip. The tip does not go to the hard working employees but to the business owner. I also played in a high stakes fantasy football league with the family but when I won they refused to pay me over $700. But that's a story for another time. I guess what I'm saying is just don't support any business in town this family owns. They are a BUNCH of sleaze balls."

"Coffee is good lately but the English muffins on sandwiches are always stale and chewy not toasted and crisp like other locations. This location has had this problem for YEARS probably because they refuse to use the toaster and use the convection oven for it. nasty and lazy. Other locations do it correctly. I wish I lived near the one near home depot that one is awesome!"

"Excellent waiting staff. The appetizers were amazing! We waited a bit long to get to the main course, but I have to say- it was a special Valentine menu and VERY busy, not an empty table. In saying that when we received our main course, it was worth waiting! Muah! We had the chicken marsala and shrimp/crab linguine, wild mushroom soup, chop chop salad with fig dressing, the thyme bread plate with spreads, and shrimp remoulade w/sauce! What a great culinary experience. Thank you for making our Valentine perfect."

"I found this place on Google because I've been traveling to Quincy for my work. I do quite enjoy the food there is fresh cooked with love and tasty; However yesterday I went there got out of my car in the rain for the coffee express window first time getting out there car lines were long on both sides and didn't have the time to wait long...I waited while 4 other cars driving through the drive up received service before even putting my order in for the Mocha Monkey very very tasty if you're a chocolate and banana lover it's a must! At that moment I was a little disappointed that there person before me at the express window got his coffee quicker than I was even recognized standing there in the drizzle... I still gave the 5 STARS because I love family run business and support when I can. I just hope the next time I need to get express service , I'll get express Service"

"This is easily one of my favorite taco spots outside the city. If you?re in the Quincy area, I definitely recommend stopping by, I?ve been about ten times now. The atmosphere here literally feels like you?re on vacation. Tropical vibes paired with super friendly and attentive staff make for a great dining experience. You can?t go wrong ordering literally anything here but my favorite is their cocktails and Birria tacos. They have a number of different seating options, whether you?re by yourself or with a larger group. It?s dim candle lit lighting make it a nice spot for a date. Overall amazing experience!"
