"I was at the shelter with another 15 people for lunch. The reserved seats were nicely covered at three tables that were put together on the left wall of the guest room. The beverage order was quickly accepted and served. The menu is clear and yet diverse. It's something for almost every taste. From mouth pockets in different variants to beetles, steaks and fish dishes. Additional salads are not included in the price for the main dish and must be ordered separately. I had an Argentine steak with potato dressing and forest mushroom Ragout. Medium. After about 45 50 minutes, the friendly, nice service brought the food. The sections were plentiful and the different plates looked good and seductive. Pommes and sauces were added in portion dishes or in sauces. My steak had about 150g and the mushroom ragout looked delicious. But I didn't get a steak knife for the meat. The butter knife covered was absolutely unsuitable for steak. I was waiting for the operation to come back. After a short while I had to press from the rear corner, past the other foods to ask for a steak knife in the kitchen. I got it right on the table. So I finally wanted to try my steak. But after the first cut I realized it wasn't "medium". at the second cut, my plate was full of blood... At the third cut I saw the steak was raw. The anger is in the blood now. No, I couldn't eat that way. So I was looking for the service. When this was not to be seen again, I came back to the other dinner and went over the guest room to the kitchen. Immediately the plate was removed with the promise that it will be back in a few minutes. After about 5 7 minutes I got a newly dressed plate with my already cut meat, which was probably roasted again briefly. Although the apettite had almost gone through the blood that had passed away earlier, I ate everything away. The mushroom ragout was good. The sauce was a "right" sauce and not a finished product. The pommes were crispy and baked in fresh fat. The fried meat had lost juice and was slightly tough. Reordering drinks was a bit difficult because the service was rarely in the guest room. And when she was there, you had to be quick and attentive because she was gone so fast. Conclusion: After the other guests I was there, the food was good, but not overwhelming. What was with my food, I described above and I wasn't so happy. The problem with a non-medium gegarten steak was already in another place. But I have a whole new fried steak. I would have liked or expected that in this case. Price/performance ratio: Ok."
