"This was our 2nd time at UVA . The first time was great and we decided to come back for my wife’s birthday. The waiter Walter) took our order, had to be prompted to open our wine bottle. It is a byob) and then he disappeared . Someone else brought our meals except mine wasn’t what I ordered. I sent it back and our waiter admitted he wrote the wrong thing down no apology) mine finally arrived and was very tough. At that point we gave up, paid the check, made a comment at the desk and left. To be fair the manager Sean) gave us a card worth $25 on our next visit and told us to ask for him next time."

"I went for happy hour. The drink prices were great for my beer. Most menu items for happy hour were good. Had the chicken quesadilla, chicken wings and fries. both were a good buy. The chicken tender and french fries happy hour meal includes 2 chicken tenders. Will definitely go back for happy hour and just for lunch/dinner as I find the food delicious. Our server was spot on."

"I called the restaurant on Wednesday of this week needing a place for a larger party for my son's graduation. I spoke to the owner who was giving me instructions on how to go to there website, long story short I went over, meet with her and decided on a menu right then and there. She was MORE the accommodating. She ordered us a cake and personalized a menu (because we had 24 people). On the day of the party we showed up 15 minutes early and everything was better then I anticipated. The service was wonderful, the owner checked in with me several times to make sure everything was going ok and food was Amazing!!!!! I could not have asked for a better time and best of all my son had fun. The original establishment did not work out but in the end I was much happier it didn't."

"I ordered a Power Menu Bowl, and had specific requests made that was easy to do on their user friendly app. I essentially doubled in meats, cheese, guacamole, and chicken. The price was also doubled. However, upon opening the meal at home, none of the items I had doubled were there. Everything went well up until I was about to eat it. Never again"

"Seated at nice table in outdoor covered patio bar area. Great service and food. Pleasant ambience. All three of our entrées were delicious and large portions, providing enough for take home. We ordered paella, shrimp and scallops over pasta special and our vegetarian had the large Greek salad. Two of us ordered the small side Caesar salad to accompany our entrées. It was very garlicky, which I loved, but imagine some might find it too much. Very crowded on a Saturday night so parking was a bit of a challenge as lot was full. Also have tables with umbrellas outside around perimeter of restaurant. Would definitely return."

"I recently tried one of the best pizzas I've ever had after a friend recommended this place. I ordered the Dominick's special pizza and the Hawaiian pizza. Although there was a bit too much olive on the Dominick's special, the pizza was still delicious and flavorful with a fresh and enticing smell. I appreciated that the pizza wasn't too salty or greasy. Despite the 30-minute drive from my house, this will now be my go-to spot for a tasty pizza."

"We waited awhile, then were seated in the separate room to the left. I told the server there was cobwebby dirt hanging from vent just above our heads.....she said she'd tell mgmt. To my right, there were folded tables leaning against a VERY DIRTY wall!! Even had it been clean, I felt like I was sitting in someone's storage closet....horrible!!! Have reported this to many friends....no one will be eating there until they get their act together!!!!"

"I’m a displaced New Yorker who’s been living in PA for almost 30 years and I’ll give any pizza place a chance to see if it comes close to a slice from NYC. There’s a handful of places that come close spread out in Philly’s burbs and this is one of them. The sauce has a touch of sweetness, the cheese is just a tad salty, and the crust is just the right thickness. I’ve only ever had fresh pies delivered so I can’t speak to individual slices. But hands down this is the best pizza in the Richboro/Newtown area if a slice of NYC nostalgia is what you consider the perfect slice."

"Horrible! Waited over 30 minutes because they can’t make more than one order at a time. Since they changed ownership this place has went down hill fast. During our wait we watched the lady at the register put bags of carry out bagels on the floor to fill and then to the counter over and over…the same counter people were putting their food in. Gross!!!!"

"It was good. Drive through line wasn't too bad. The guy who delivered our meal to the car (i guess that's covid protocol there) was real nice. My burger was rather sloppily put together, but it tasted right and was really warm. Overall pleasant for a trip to McDonald's. Might go back next time we crave for greasy fast food."

"We went there after the kids graduation from Pre K with a group of 18 people. They were very accommodating. The food was fantastic as was the service. They don't have a kids menu posted but they had chicken tenders and various pasta dishes for the kids to eat. We had several chicken and veal dishes along with a couple of appetizers and not one complaint. When your table of 18 which includes 7 kids under 6 is on the quiet side when the food shows up you know it's good. Great time with awesome friends at the best Restaurant in Richboro. Thanks UVA!!!"

"Walking in was one of two tables. First table was done before we received the very dense stale bread. My dinner was good. My wife the pasta was very dry. Too much pasta that has soaked up all the sauce. Service is great because we were only one of two tables there at a time."

"Three of us dined outside on the patio last night. It was a beautiful day and evening. We had the price fixe dinner. Food was delicious. It was served piping hot and in a timely manner. "Got a rainy pizza Friday. This spot was recommended. We dined in tonight. Got a large chicken parm pie. On the menu for the gourmet pies, it says ‘Please allow 30 minutes These pizzas made on a “double” thicker crust’. This was a good pizza. Came out piping hot. This will fill you up. The thick crust really bumps up the food volume. The dough had some chew. The chicken was pretty good. It’s bite sized and a good amount was used. Didn’t seem like true parm. Shame because the Chicken Parm dish looks good in the pictures for this spot. There was a bit of a parm cheese flavor throughout the pie. Could’ve been stronger. The mozzarella layer was pretty thick. I really liked the sauce. It was very flavorful and well seasoned. They threw splotches of sauce on it and the tops dried out well in the oven. The bottom crust was a medium toast. It had a bit of flop but all the toppings stuck to the pizza well. Overall I’d give this pie a solid 8 10. We also tried a small plain pie. I think this one was alright. Nothing crazy. Just good basics. There was a bit of grease separating from the cheese but nothing too bad. It held well and tasted fine. 5.2 10. Nice spot. They’ve been here since 1974 so they know what they’re doing. Check it out if ya get a chance. They also do slices and they looked pretty good but we came pretty late so they didn’t have much out. A few people were going for the honey mustard slice. Might be worth trying."

"I never knew this place was here! Food is good, place is clean, people are pleasant. It was a little chilly inside, which they apologized and offered a table by the space heater if I was interested. I took a counter seat in the direction of the space heater instead.Definitely a place to return to, but I'll know to stress a little warmer next time."

She was wonderful to work with, super flexible when we had to make changes to the guest count, and available when I had questions. I still can't get over how beautiful and delicious our cake was! Everyone loved the cake just as much as we did!!"
