"That was the worst experience I ever had in a restaurant! We had reservations for my friends' birthday on Saturday 9 July 2022. Our waiter Rashied was the WORST!!! We hired our drinks and appetizers. One of the drinks he made wrong, and he tried to make it as if we didn't know it was done wrong. We have made an order for crab claws, but ordered the wrong ones. We wanted us to change them as soon as we realized that what we ordered was wrong. He said he'd talk to his manager. He came back with the crabs packed in a togo box and said that the manager said we had to pay for them, but if we wanted to order the right ones we could. We wanted us to have some bread, he said he didn't bring the bread out until he puts the salads out. For a table of 10 people, he took out 8 reels. It took a long time to eat and it was cold. One of the people in our party asked that their steak be halved. Everyone who ordered a steak was cut in half. When he went out the food, he spilled steak juice in her hair and her clothes. He was unchalant and unapologetic about what he did. We asked for a manager and Jeffery came and had the same attitude. He offered her some soda water to get oil from her cloth. We have addressed our concerns about food, drinks and service, and he basically said nothing but sorry. He asked who had a problem with their food. He would take the food off, but the drinks we had to pay. The waiter Rash tried to give the lady a check at the party. She told him to give it to Jeffery Shapley (the manager) who gave her the soda water for her ruined lip dress. To make it worse, he lost a credit card from our party. He told her she was irresponsible and was childish. Then he said he had been sick of us (the males) and he said their F to her! The manager never came back and said something! He was at the Hostess station all the time. That was the most racist institution I've ever been! To treat this way is ridiculous and unacceptable. So unnecessary to say the food was terrible, service was terrible and the experience was terrible!!!! I would not recommend this restaurant!!!! My friend has a ruined linen dress, oil in her freshly made hair and oil in her Louis Vuitton wallet. And the owner Jeffery Shapley had to say with a non-chalant look, I'm sorry. I would give this restaurant ZERO stars, but it would not allow me to leave a review without choosing one."
