"So normally I don't write reviews, but Alexander's food and staff are always amazing. I'm a blue collar HVAC worker and always feel welcomed when dinning there. The staff are always friendly and very accommodating and make sure you are well taking care off. Yes, the food is on the pricey side but it is well worth it. I had the carpet bagger last night and it was absolutely delicious and worth the price. I was full and still wanted more. So, to the people who are saying the portion sizes are small. They are actually really generous with their portion sizes. They serve average portion sizes for the average person. If you want McDonald's portion sizes go to McDonald's, but you will not get the quality or taste that you get here. They already use high quality ingredients that aren't cheap for them to produce high quality food for you. I would definitely recommend going to Alexander's for the food and the staff, and the feeling of leaving satisfied."

"Went there for a special celebration with my husband, daughter and her boyfriend. We started with Arancini di Riso and the calamari. Both excellent! We then had Duck Ragu, spaghetti bolognese which was as good as the one we had in the Italian alps many years ago, and The Bismarck pizza with an egg on top. All this delicious food was accompanied by a Pinot Noir, Grochau From Willamette, Oregon. We were so content that dessert was not necessary. The waitress was very attentive and yet discreet knowing when to come to our table. Three hours flew by quickly as the food and atmosphere of the restaurant were perfect. My 'félicitations ' to the chef! Each dish was a delight and executed perfectly. Being french I am a hard one to please so I 'm looking forward to going back. Will give the mussels and pizza a try next time."

"What a nice time we had for the first time at Sal’s yesterday. My son is in LOVE with the steak and cheese sub and wants to come back weekly (it was not only delicious, but also a considerable amount of steak). I have the lunch buffet... from salad dressing to pizza, as I haven't had since NY, and especially the garlic knots, it was fabulous. Stephanie took care of us and the atmosphere is open, light, friendly and happy. An entertaining place to get wonderful food! Recommend Sal’s."

"beautiful building with poor quality, overpriced eating. I had chicken piccata. we start with the salat. caesar salat and they do not make their own dressing. I can't prove it, but I suspect that they don't make any sauces of scratches and my dinner companion said that he thought his aubergineparm was frozen. my chicken piccata had no taste of lemon, the sauce was thin and it was bitter. there were two tiny chicken cuts that were hit to a quarter centimeter thick. they had no color, but we are still dry and tasteless. obviously overcooked. not even the rollers were made in the load. they were clearly frozen dough they just baked. three guests at this meal and none of us would go back. as the price my chicken piccata was $18. it could have been 6 unnoticed chickens on the teller. food costs were probably $3. menu costs should be three times their food costs. that should have been a meal of 10 or $11. not a $18 meal. I would never spend my money on this place again. Oh, and the service was bad. the waiter actually reached over one of my companion heads to give me my meal and we sat at a four tip in the middle of the floor."

"I was extremely let down! I usually enjoy the food at this restaurant, but the vegetable fried rice was mostly plain white with only a few peas mixed in. The sweet and sour chicken was disappointing as well. Since I was at work, I really needed plastic utensils, but unfortunately did not receive any. I had to make do with half a plastic knife while eating."

"Well ..I gave it 2 stars because bottom line I had the parmesan and lasuagna sample plate. It was absolutely the smallest amount I've ever received for a plate. That $7 looking plate was actually $21. We were in a large party but that shouldn't matter Now they were accomidating for the large party a and few came late and they moved tables so we could be together. Also the silverware was dirty. But ay what can you expect when you eat out. Overall I promise you I will not return to Carrabba's. Olivegarden was a much better deal for price and quality. But Staff was nice. I did not take pictures this time I was wrapped up into my mother's birthday."

"We have eaten here several times, lately. I 've had the french toast and omelets, and both are delicious. My partner always gets the chicken-fried steak, and says it 's really good. Coffee is hot and strong; bacon is crispy; everything has always tasted good. My only complaint is that this is a seat yourself place, and that means sometimes you have to wait a while for a server to notice you and come over; I really don 't like that. I would rather be seated so I know the server has been informed we are there (well, they should be, if they 're not). The place is always packed, but sometimes service is rather slow due to this and due to a shortage of servers (or so it appears, anyway). Overall, a really good breakfast place. I also ordered one of their burgers delivered one time, and it was tasty as well, but other than that, I can 't speak to their lunch menu. We 'll be back, for sure."

"Love eating at this local restaurant! Good selection of non-pizza items and although it became busy, waitress and host were great! They took their time with our order and did their best to make sure we had what we needed. Food came out quick but was cooked well. My nieces are picky eaters and they enjoyed both their cheese pizza and the garlic knots. Also, they gave my neices 'kid dough ' to play with and they could not stop talking about it."

"Always love going here when I am in town. Everything on the menu is good. I have never had a bad meal. Thanks El Rodeo for consistently knocking it out of the park. "I was at red robin and had a good experience each time. the service can be a little slow, and it is never full when we are there, so I wonder if they are able to stay in business. for a large chain known for their burgers, I am pleasantly surprised by the variety and healthy options they have on their menu. you can get grilled chicken, truthahnburger, full wheat beans, melone instead of fries and many different salads. they also seem to be good at replacing and changing different things that are listed on the menu. "Got in the long drive-thru line on a Friday night and it was super packed. I thought it would take forever to get food. But I think it was one of the fastest times I've ever eaten. "I had a wonderful experience visiting here with my husband a couple weeks ago. We’ve been craving good Indian food ever since moving to the area and a friend recommended this restaurant. We were greeted with friendly service and loved the intimate ambiance inside. Everything we ordered was delicious and met our cravings! We received attentive and professional service our entire time there. I had wanted a side of French fries with my order which they happily accommodated for me. We did park in the parking lot across from the restaurant and had to pay I believe $7 on a Sunday, just a heads up. Everything was clean and COVID practice was in place. I can’t wait to come back here and try more of the delicious food!"

"Heard good things about the food and experiencehave to say that the reviews don’t even come close. First, the service, hospitality, and experience were absolutely amazing. Met when we walked in by a cheerful and welcoming host who turned out to be a bartender named Dennis (who by the way makes one of the best Manhattans I’ve ever had), had a table in a beautiful atrium filled with natural light, and were served by an incredible group throughout our meal (thanks Erica!)my wife and I had the Waygu Strip and our son had the Steak Frites. "We were traveling through the area and staying overnight in Troutville. I found a tiny menu for Hollywood's in the hotel's travel section. I like the menu choices, so we tried it. I had the 1/2 rack ribs, mashed potatoes and coleslaw. Ribs fell off the bones, potatoes were creamy. My husband had the Pimento Burger with French fries. He loved both. He ordered his bacon crispy. His only complaint would be not enough Pimento cheese on the burger. I would have tried a dessert, but they had been very busy all day and were sold out of many choices."
