"In a lonely rural suburb of Rotenburg/Wümme, immersed in nature is an ensemble of modern renovated historic buildings for days, relaxation and enjoyment. Reception and support by the predominantly young team accurately and politely withheld. Very attentive and insurgent nice people! The restaurant was frequented during a conference stay 2x for a menu, 1x for breakfast and for a buffet. The offer is regionally fine to rewrite and gets through a confessed, careful cook to some positive and creative aha experience. Ambience/cleanness: Very well-kept and original spaces set in scene noble rustic and warm harmonious for well-being. Fabric napkins, flowers and beautiful dishes with loving decoration. Operation: Completely perfect and where suitable also humorous heart. Breakfast (single 9.50€: Good selection and fresh with high quality bakery, cheese and cold cuts as well as a la minute prepared egg dishes. All there and tasty including fruit, muesli and all kinds of jams. For this price very good. Food: Main dishes are offered for about 14,50 and menus from 18, €. Crispy, high quality baguette was ready. Coffee specialities are served Italian styles with a glass of water. The buffet offers a fresh salad selection with beautiful, homemade dressings. We had rucola foams with roasted salmon great consistency, spicy insert and well tasted noble. Broccoli cream with roasted almonds classic well made without a flaw. Seelachs in egg on cream leaf spinach with rosemary spices hearty fine perfectly roasted; round and good. Puten Involtini fillet with bacon and fried herbs wrapped with salt potatoes: Pray on a great Mediterranean pan vegetables with gorgeous red wine onions. Gedünstetes redfish fillet on pineapple fox vegetables with tasty roast potatoes unexpectedly peppery and tasty! salmon fillet with sauce Bernaise, green cabbage(! and supplement selection would never have thought that this combination fits so well; was excellent! Tranchen von der Entenbrust mit Semmelknödeln, Vegetables and a wintery frustrated red cabbage ingenious! Semi-frozen by Bounty with fresh fruit salad Tuny delicious and better than the chocolate bar! Mousse au Chocolat with warm cinnamon plums at best! Griespudding with Red Grütze from fresh berries sinful and really crisp fresh... Conclusion: The sympathetic cook deserves my respect for cooking, taste, freshness and creativity. No component below 4*. My recommendation the restaurant is only open after reservation/preordering but it is worth it!"
