"It was pure coincidence that brought me here! I was planning on going to a nearby restaurant but when I got there, the place was closed early for the day for some kind of staff meeting. So I went to Minh Ky, which is the nearest open restaurant from where I was. I got the beef sate chow fun, kung pao chicken and an egg soda. Both beef chow fun and the kung pao chicken were delicious. The beef sate chow fun had plenty of beef, and flavorful sate sauce; kung pao chicken had lots of green peppers and onions but still plenty of chicken. I really enjoyed both dishes. The staff were friendly and kind enough to explain some other dishes that I was curious about. I'll definitely be back to try other stuff here."

"From the moment we were there, the service was notch. They sat and got an amazing view that was amazing by the way! Viewing the Coronado Bridge and the SD City Skyline. Our food was delicious, I had the Enchiladas Poblanas yummy! The Corn Soup was also delicious and the Kids Quesadilla was huge as for 3 people! our waitress was super friendly from Austin and spoke Spanish! Will definatelly back with other visits from the city!"

"We come here frequently but today was a hot mess. The sushi rice, on all of our rolls was very wet. Every time we picked up a section of a roll it instantly disintegrated…..what we ended up with was a soupy mess…chopsticks were useless. We called this to the attention of our server and her response was “sorry, sorry”. No offer to make it right. First time being disappointed here…."

"It was a beautiful day in La Jolla. The terrace view was wonderful. Great service and food. The only item of inconvenience was the ladies restroom wast three floors down. No elevator. The stairs from the main level to the bottom level very dark and hard to see the steps. Other than that inconvenience we will definitely dine there again."

"Coming here to Mona Lisa was absolutely amazing! My two brothers and I had a wonderful experience with our server called Kyle. He was very attentive, friendly and efficient at his service. I hope the owners or managers of this restaurant acknowledge Kyle for its excellent service, especially because he felt so welcome as if we were all friends. For food it was a 10/10 for freshness with amazing aromas. They also served free bread. I think he enjoyed the cocktails Kyle served. We'll be back. I hope more people can enjoy this authentic Italian restaurant as we can!"

"First, the food is absolutely delicious and by itself is worthy of a five-star rating. What makes this place stand out for us are Sam and George, the husband-and-wife owners. He runs the kitchen and she runs the dining room. George is happy to explain everything on the menu, and make suggestions. His help was most appreciated, and we ordered things we may not have otherwise ordered. Everything was amazing! Sam, from the moment we arrived, proved herself to be the funnier of the two. She clearly enjoys what she does, and loves making people laugh. She had us in stitches, and we still chuckle about her a month later. If you live in San Diego, or you are just visiting, go to Alforon! You will not be disappointed."

"My husband and I had a wonderful experience at The Butcher Shop last night. We were there to celebrate my husband's birthday (it was our first time dining there) and were pleasantly surprised when our waitress informed us that a man sitting across from us had paid for our meal. Despite never speaking to us, the gesture was incredibly generous and touching. The service and food were both excellent, though I did find the waitresses' mini skirts to be a bit immodest."

"My husband I are were very disappointed with our experience at Jimmy 's. We used to love this spot and it 's really changed. The food has changed in presentation and taste. Honestly, it has that chili 's taste. Kind of like a franchise joint. We ordered the Ahi appetizers like we always do, but the fish is no longer stacked on avocado, its now in a bowl with lots of sauce. Looking around at the rest of the food on other tables, it looks like all of the food has been altered. We mentioned this to our waiter and he told us that they were opening a few other restaurants and want to keep them all the same. I would give it another try, but a bit bummed: The view is beautiful and the waiters are always very pleasant. Hope things go back they way the used to be!"

"So my family and I were headed from Murrieta to San Diego Airport for a flight to New York. On the way to the airport our daughter needed to use the bathroom. So we stopped at this 7/11 but it did not have a public bathroom. She had to go badly so we decided to try this restaurant that was next door.We went in and were going to buy a drink to be polite so we could use their customer bathroom but when the amazing young man Andy showed us the menu we were locked in.Andy was the most polite, charismatic gentleman and his knowledge of the menu was perfect. I can guarantee he is going to be beyond successful in whatever future endeavors his heart desires. My hubby and I tried the Thai coconut curry chicken and Sweet chili chicken wok classics. Oh my word. We are coming back to try the rest of the wok classics! Also, the Hawaiian roll my daughter got was super fresh. We loved the spicy tuna.We will definitely be returning, even if this place is an hour from our house. Maybe we will move a little closer, lol. Thank you for the delicious food and awesome service!"

"Little Italy San Diego, California We haven't gone to Little Italy for a while and we knew we would probably eat there. We went around the peasant market for a while and decided to get Canollis at Zucchero. You have some of our favorite bakery good in San Diego. When buying these tasty treats we realized that we never have at Nonna Zucchero diner. We ate in most places in Little Italy, but never this establishment. I'm glad we're back to lunch. We had a fantastic and wonderful experience in the restaurant. The restaurant was busy, but we sat right away. Little Italy is usually very busy during the weekend. Our server was pleasant and was very attentive. The food itself was delicious. We ordered two appetizers. One was Prosciutto E Burrata (Prosciutto Parma with Burrata) and the other was Melanzane Parmigiano (Fried Eggplant, Parmigiano, Marinera, Mozzarella). Both were quite delicious and beautifully seasoned. Prosciutto was delicious. I chose the Costelette *Braised Short Ribs with Parmigiano Potato Puree). The short rib was well seasoned, delicate and perfectly cooked. The potato puree was delicious with the Parmigiano. Chuck decided to order the Gnocchi AL Pesto (Almond Basil Pesto, Sundries Tomatoes, Toasted Pine Not, Cream). I had a little bite of his dish and the pesto was tasteful and delicious. The Gnocci were perfectly cooked and were so soft and fluffy. The restaurant itself is a beautiful size and beautifully decorated. In addition to Nonna, their bakery Zucchero, which we had bought our Canollis earlier, but they serve other delicious bakery, coffee and gelato. We were a little too full to have dessert, but I know Thier Dessert is delicious. Overall, our experience with the first visit was great and we will return in the near future."

"I ate at the Philadelphia Airport branch, Terminal A East. The Avocado toast had thick, dark break, and a whole lot of avocado, sprouts, cucumber and red pepper. They make it to order, so I asked them to hold the cheese which would have been sprinkled on top, and that was not a problem. They also had a falaffel wrap, which I bypassed as so often that is the only option for a vegan. They had fresh fruit, which mommies with little children were honing in on. They may have had other vegan options, but the avocado toast was on display, I was HUNGRY, and the line was long (the one made for me was even lovelier than the display). They had delectable-looking pastries, and I didn't ask about dairy contents. I'll be back there in a few weeks and will update this review!"

"I'm glad I discovered this hidden gem! I was looking for a healthy lunch, glad I ran into this place! I had a kale omelette and it was delicious, my boyfriend had the salmon sandwich and half salad plate, both plates were tasty with healthy ingredients. I also had the kale and berry smoothie, very yummy! Prices are reasonable and there was penty of parking. I gave it a 4 star only because it took a little long to get my order. Maybe because I went around lunch time. Overall, I do recommend!"

The water was not not fresh and cold. No ice cubes. Some of our plates came wet and we hardly got napkins. The food (most of us got burgers) and service was average. Sadly, nothing special."
