"Although it was a little pricey, the Garden Marg was absolutely worth it. The pizza was still hot when we got it and each bite was ridiculously flavorful. I highly recommend!"

"Got us in early for our rez! Slow service. Why so long to take our dinner order? Didn’t bring milk and sugar for tea. Had to ask…twice. Maybe need more wait staff that can be more attentive to each table. Food orders (dinner portion) came out perfectly and everyone’s was right!"

"Our group of 6 had a disappointing experience at this restaurant before a show. Despite the good quality of the pinsas, they refused to accommodate any substitutions, making it hard for vegetarians to find suitable options. The roasted cauliflower dish was extremely spicy due to the Thai red chilis, rendering it inedible for many in our party. The service was lackluster, possibly due to the mandatory 20% tip added on to our bill, in addition to the tax and restaurant tax. With a total of $83 for a meatless pinsa, shared salad, and glass of wine, we found it to be overpriced. We will opt for another dining place next time we visit the City for a show. While the food was decent, the high cost was not justified."

"A friend recommended, having lunch and we showed up here and out without reservation. We were probably seated. The decor is classy and truly Mediterranean with elements of architecture built into this modern concrete structure. The entrance with the mosaic of stonework is beautiful. We were going to have dinner, so I went for a late lunch and I ordered the Fattoush salad, which comes with lemon vinaigretteand sumac. For protein I chose falafel which served were hot and crispy. It was an excellent salad, but because I was working, I avoided having a glass of Sauvignon Blanc, which will perfectly match with this combination of citrus sumac, vegetables and falafel."

"The restaurant was excellent from food to service. We went on a Saturday for the weekend brunch; I ordered the shakshouka and my friend ordered the chilaquile. The poached eggs in the shakshouka were perfect and the tomato sauce was nice and spicy. The chilaquile said the short rib was excellent. Presentation was very appetizing. We were first disappointed that the weekend brunch didn’t offer dessert but our server managed to persuade the kitchen to allow us to order the pistachio tiramisu and the bread pudding. The pistachio flavor was a twist from the traditional tiramisu and it was nice and creamy. The bread pudding was deliciously warm. Our server was attentive throughout the lunch and we thoroughly enjoyed the dining experience."

"Had higher expectation due to all the reviews and the long line I see Everytime I pass this food truck. Finally I bought the chicken souvlaki platter today and was disappointed by the food. The chicken was dry, and I’ve definitely had better pita and sauce. Maybe because I came at 6 and everything was sitting ready made for a while but the food was just hard and dry."

"Surprised this had 4.5 stars tbh,Not as good as the flour water pizzeria that was in this spot before. They charged about 20% more too. I know this is SF, but the pizza wasn’t great and didn’t have great structural integrity. They also had their 5% fee added in the subtotal, very sneaky."

"Finally tried the viral savory muffin, and the hype is real. The Rebel Within was simply delicious. It was a little salty at first because it was the first thing I ate all day, but after my tastebuds adjusted it was definitely a delight. They also have a vegetarian version with a falafel in the middle, I’m interested to try this one next time. Also enjoyed a Morning Bun. Flaky creamy and sweet! I loved it. Next time I’m in SF I’ll be sure to grab some of these."

"Good food, bad service, no acknowledgement of our special occasion. Overall, our experience at Aziza was fine. The interior is well appointed and I was impressed with the fact that the sound level was very well managed in such a large main dining room. The food was all very good. Perfectly cooked, beautifully presented, and tasty. The biggest miss for me was the timing, which really took away from the experience. It took 15 minutes for the server to come to our table after we were sat and 30 minutes to get any food or drinks brought to our table. We ordered three small dishes and two mains. The three “small” dishes all came at the same time on enormous plates and made it very difficult to eat because there was absolutely no room on our table. No thought was given to how things should come out. Also, once the food had been eaten, it would have been nice to have someone come by and remove the empty dishes taking up so much space. Our plates (which we had to stack up on our own) were eventually picked up by the hostess. Our server came over some time later and said he was, “watching us from the other side of the room.” Uhh, ok, so you saw how uncomfortable we were the whole time and did nothing? Bizarre. It was also our seven year wedding anniversary and we noted this in our reservation and absolutely ZERO acknowledgement of the occasion was made at any point by any of the staff. So much for a special dinner. For such little effort on Aziza’s part, I would not make the effort to return."

"My favorite cafe in Duboce! Clean, friendly staff, the food is delicious, the coffee is fresh, and the ambience feels local friendly. Lots of natural light comes into the cafe I got the bacon cheese toast with avocado and it was so good! Side of easy over eggs were cooked perfectly. WiFi available"

"I never thought I’d be saying this about a pizza place. But it’s a fancy pizza place lol, in a great way. And hands down the best pizza I’ve ever had. I had the Acapulco and my taste buds were completely blown away. My husband and I got there like 10 minutes before they opened, we get sat and within the first 40 mins of them being open the place was half full, and this was on a weekday, I can only imagine how busy this place is on the weekend. I wish my husband and didn’t live in another state otherwise we’d be regulars here."

"This place has declined greatly since my last visit a couple years ago. So bummed. First, service they brought us food and drinks from table next to is several times and it began to be less funny each time. Walked past without looking a bunch and we had to get up to get attention and it wasn 't even busy. Second, food. The charcutterie plate and cheese was the pits. We ate about half of it because we were starving but we both left disgusted. Rubbery, felt like it had been sitting out all day, low quality, proscuitto sliced way too thick, etc. How do you go away unsatisfied with sausages and cheese??!! We told the waitress and she blew it off, then the mgr later when we still got charged $47 for it. She said everyone else liked it so acted like we were just picky. Looking around we seemed like the only people in the bar over 25 so maybe that explains it? Third, wine tasting was good but no help from server. Only descriptor I got was crisp and only on one wine in the flight. Luckily, the wine we did have was delicious....only positive part of the expensive evening. Won 't be goimg back unfortunately."

"This is my first time at the restaurant, and I did enjoy the total experience overall. Of all the meals I enjoyed mine the tortellini in cream sauce the least, as it was a little too rich for my taste, and bordered on being salty. My other dining companion had tortellini and pesto sauce, which I thought was good, but she thought it was a bit too grainy for her. My partner had linguine Pescatore which was very good. The bruschetta they serve complementary at the beginning of the meal was delicious and we also had the antipasto salad and calamari, which was also stellar. I would come back here to try some of their other dishes. The Server did not tell us about the specials and we ended up seeing them by happenstance over the bar on the glass mirror and it would’ve been nice to have known them even though we wouldn’t have ordered those particular ones for the evening."

"This is a place where u go to get ripped off, when I requested a bowl of burrito the meat portion they give is very very small was very frustrated that i was forced to pay for additional meat to get the burrito right like their trying to to make one order by cutting from 2 or 3 orders very disappointing"

"No one does it like the Ritz, son! 5 stars for all of it: the food, decor, and service. These peeps have got it down, never been disappointed here. It had been several years since had been to the Dining Room at the Ritz, it's transformed into a very modern and artistic Parallel 37. The same elegance and world class service is there, just against a very pretty new backdrop. We did the 3 course prix fixe and it was epic from start to finish: 1) SASHIMI OF HAMACHI (Monterey abalone, nori, meyer lemon) Bomb dot com. The sashimi melts in your mouth, so tender and fresh. 2) HAND CUT LINGUINI (morel mushrooms, bloonmsdale spinach, pickled ramps) Very nice. The only thing that was maybe just very good versus epic; just a bit simple but still well balanced and flavorful. 3) 32 DAY DRY AGED RIBEYE (short rib ravioli, summer squash, sweet corn) Wow. Just the most tender, perfectly aged and grilled steak, heaven in every bite. They also threw on some foie gras for me upon request, that took the dish over the top! Ireally vwish we remembered to come here more often, such a great experience all around. July 2015."

"I write as one who lived in France for many years. This restaurant seemed like an approximate guess at what French dining should be. This guess made the experience feel artificial, staged, rather than authentic. Food was okay, not memorable, and the ambience is quite plainly a cliche of a French dining experience of a generation or so ago."

"What an enjoyable breakfast and coffee spot. So quaint and the best part was that they keep everything so simple yet so delicious. The person working the counter (woman) was absolutely a joy. So kind and she really made my morning! It's the type of place you dream about sitting in on a cold morning, enjoying hot coffee and reading the news. Also, get the lox bagel, trust me!"
