"The menu had a meatless section that we appreciate, but it wasn't exactly clear how to make these options vegan. The staff was receptive to questions about vegan and vegetarian options, but we had to state that milk meant butter and milk and the plate components were not very clear so there were a lot of questions and specification to reach vegan options. Overall, the dishes were quite bland, but maybe it was because we ordered them mild in terms of spices. We have the vegetable pasta (I liked her Chili Chutney? but very preferably Karmas Minze Chutney), bhindi aloo and daal mahkni without cream. I love Indian food so it was nice to find a place open at noon. I feel like naan is simple enough that it could be easily vegan as it is in other places, but they did not have a vegan naan. In addition, the service was almost unavailable, perhaps due to the available buffet that had vegan options, but did not seem like a good option. I feel like the cost of vegetarian / vegan dishes does not reflect the lower cost of ingredients with an average cost of $11-13. For the cost, I would rather apply a fully plant-based restaurant. "The food is fine, but not really what I would describe as a philly cheese steak (steak and cheese whiz . It's really just a deli-sliced roast beef and provolone sandwich (like fancy Arby's. Good if that's what you want, but an unwelcome surprise when you want a cheesesteak. You definitely need to add on toppings like mayo/lettuce/tomatoes, because the roast beef and provolone by itself is really dry. There is a good amount of meat on a sandwich, more than other places, but I also wish that it had more onions+mushroom flavor instead of just tasting like roast beef."

"After thinking about nothing but a cheeseburger on the last few miles of our backpacking trip on Mt Hood, my husband and I stopped in on a whim and are so glad we did! We both got double cheeseburgers and shared a regular order of Cajun tots. I like that you get to choose your own sauces and toppings. They had yummy ranch for the tots which is a must. The food was fast and really really good. Can’t wait to come back and try the brats. Def stop in if you’re in Sandy/Mt Hood area."

"This is a fun place to stop and try out. Everything we tried was delicious, but it was a bit pricey for the portion sizes. Paying $8-9 for a hot dog seems a bit steep, even if it is loaded with toppings. The hot dogs and hamburgers come on Hawaiian-style rolls, which adds a fun twist if you're not worried about counting calories. We ordered a Jalapeno Burger and a Californian hot dog, both of which were tasty. The hamburger meat was surprisingly good, and the buns were also excellent. While the hot dog was good, it ultimately still tasted like a typical hot dog. The entrees are around $10 and do not come with fries. Overall, the food was flavorful, but the prices were a bit of a downside. If you order a hot dog, a hamburger, fries, and a drink, it can add up to around $20 per person, which feels a bit excessive for what you're getting."

"WOW Mimis has finally totally lost our business, with its terrible new menu, which eliminated all the selections we have enjoyed in the past.nbsp; Tried the new appetizers, food preparation, was extremely slow and preparation awful, and inedible, with dried-out shrimp, and inedible brick like toast, that could not even be soaked in water to soften.amp;nbsp; Our experience was awful, awful, awful. Our waiter made excuses, but offered no solution, or credit for this inedible mess. Mimisamp;nbsp; was my favorite everyday restaurant and good food for special occasions too, but now I can not bring myself to ever go back. Even BOGO free coupons wont get me in, because they wont recognize wine as your beverage purchase anymore.amp;amp;nbsp; We are disappointed, with Mimis and will miss the good food and good times we had there in the past."

"I ordered a Fiesta pack, half hard shell, half bean and cheese with green sauce. Got 3 hard shell, 3 soft. 3 green, and 3 red sauce. Lady at window seemed annoyed I was there. I don 't need smoke blown up my bum. Even if you 're irritated, come on, attempt a non I hate my life attitude. My experience is like 50/50 with this joint. I guess depending on the employee it 's either what you expect and pay for, or ...figure it out as you pull stuff outta the bag. I only eat there when I have no other choices so...whatever"

"I was just at this McDonald’s today at 2:17. The guy that took my order was really rude and basically acted like I was dumb when I ordered my iced coffee that I always order and never have an issue. All I got was the large iced Carmel coffee and a large iced mocha with no whip cream. I always get a large iced Carmel coffee with extra Carmel and have never had an issue ordering it before. When I pulled up after paying to get my order they hand me a large iced mocha with whip cream and a large hot coffee with Carmel and extra Carmel. When I told them that that was not what I ordered the two young girls looked at me and argued with me that it wasn’t what was ordered. The guy that took my order was a young guy with short hair and was wearing a black beanie and the one girl that handed me my order was wearing a black sweater that looked like there was Christmas decorations on it. I’ve never ever had this problem there before but I’ll never go back."

"One of the best deals in the city when you download and use the Sonic app on your phone. They always offer semi-open drinks with the app and they have a special offer every day to try different things on the menu. For my visit, I ordered myself through the Drive-Thru. There is a certain language barrier, but my order has been properly prepared, but not as fast as I could hope. I waited at the pick-up window for almost 10 minutes to order a simple article without any changes."

"I had seen the tin roof grill on a segment of diners, drive in and dives and really wanted to taste some cheesecake. the night we stopped was super busy and almost everyone was full, or remained dirty. the sign said: they sit themselves, but there was no place where they should sit and no one has recognized us. So we went to the bar and asked if we could get a cheesecake. we could place our order and get our cheesecake in moments. my man ordered the turtle cheesecake and it was like the sky. so fresh, swirled with chocolate and a little caramel. my disc on the other side was a disappointment. I ordered the celestial charlotte, which was shown in the television a show. it should have been a luscious cheesecake with sky filling, quadrates of pfuss cake and dipped with white chocolate. Unfortunately, the pancakes were squares, more like hard croutons and very tiny. I also didn't taste white chocolatedrizzle. if we go back to slc, I would definitely like to give it another try and maybe even sit and enjoy an evening meal."

"Kind of a mixed bag here. First off the service was excellent. Everyone was friendly and helpful and so nice! The place was reasonably clean and the atmosphere is nice. The burgers were kinda plain tasting and for the price I expected a little better quality. The bottomless fries sounded nice but ended up being not great because they were not hot and not well seasoned. I guess that’s so you can add your own seasoning (they had tons of flavors to choose from) but the end result of adding seasoning to lukewarm fries wasn’t very good. So while the theory of the fry bar is a good one this one just isn’t executed very well. The fried pickles were really good and the bacon was perfectly crispy so we enjoyed those."

"This place is really good and unique. You go up and order your food and then they will bring you your food. It’s sully always busy but the service is quick. For an appetizer I remember trying the lobster taquitos and the chowder fries. Really good entrees that I’ve tried and would recommend is the lobster roll and the clobster grilled cheese."
