"I had the jambalaya and eggs, Loved it, ask for cornbread on the side, it's delicious! Don't order if your not into spicy food. My four year old had the blackened chicken and fries, he Loved it. As for my wife she had huevos rancheros. They're not your typical mexican dish, you actually get two stacked chorizo tostada's with the eggs on top, topped with cheese and avocado. They're also a bit spicy but really good. Will definitely come back."

"every time a burger place clearly label a menu item vegan, they deserve my loyalty. mesa burger makes this, and then some. I highly recommend the roasted avocado topping (and additional pickles), as this brings together the full of the aromes. bun is always properly roasted, patty is firm and comforting, and ridden are always at the point. price is high but not from the range for SB standards."

"3.5 stars for eating5 stars for the personal and atmosphere. the Tri-Tip and büffelburger ordered. both came with 1 side, we ordered the two bean rings and the black bean game Chili.(extra $3) the buffaloburger was good, quite standard with salat and choice of cheese and so was the black bean game chili. I really wanted to like the Tri-Tip sandwich, but it was hard to chew. it comes with the sauces that have helped. I tried to order the hot apple wine, but it was sold. Overall, I would only come back for a drink and enjoy the atmosphere. the personal and the live music made it really a wonderful little place at the weekend."

"Although there was a lot of waiting as our food wasn't ready for pick up yet, we weren't dismayed as to the quality of the food. The rolls were made fresh and even the peanut dip was very tasty. "I came all the way from Australia and I can only say once, I have no words, but I will try. The service was amazing that I was blown away. Do not let me think of the food I ordered a salad, it would be basic, but it was an explosion of flavors in my mouth. Every bite the sky of each element of the meal was perfectly paired. I was with my family and they ordered 3 portions of tacos I don't like? it's worth the 14 hr trip. Support this business will not regret it."

"My experience started off terrible and ended terrible. To begin I waited in line while the cashier was on the phone with a customer only to pick up the phone yet again and take another order for 5 minutes before taking mine. While another staff member just stood there doing nothing then proceeds to take someone else's order that had just walked in. I spent over $100 there and to be honest the croissants especially chocolate were no better than Albertsons and the ones I was served on airfrance put renauds to shame. An airline... this place has gone down hill since they expanded. The hazelnut roll I asked for was grabbed from the back not from the front case which I found weird they tasted stale or at least a day old. The lemon tart was overly sweet it made our tongues pucker with the need to down a glass of water. The $15 stollen was stale and lacking dried fruit and nuts. Not traditional stollen. This is the type of place that I will forever think of as a stop on the way out of town for a road trip as in fast food. There are better more traditional bakeries in town that actually care about quality and consumer experience and are not just as dark un-updated hole in the wall. Would be nice if the tarts didn't all come in the same mold. Where is the creativity for the price you charge. Service and quality are below sub par. Get it together or stop expanding."

"Just finished an amazing meal in Intermezzo by Wine Cask. We live in Healdsburg (food sky), but when we go to the south, this is our favorite restaurant in Santa Barbara, which says a lot, given all the good restaurants in this city. It has a great environment, delicious food and excellent staff. We had a nice conversation with the owner, John, and our waiter, Paul, was particularly wonderful!"

"Based on reviews, we tried Farmer Boy on our last day in SB. Nice menu but we both decided on pancakes with hash browns and bacon. Pancakes were more than adequate, but their cook really knows how to prepare hash browns. Crispy on outside, soft on inside absolutely the best I have ever had! Bacon was a thicker cut and very flavorful. Clearly a locals diner, we felt at home and will return next time in town!"

"I can't believe I have not reviewed this place. It's the best Italian food in Santa Barbara. Insalata del Buongustaio and Ravioli Zuccotto with a scoop of pistachio gelato to finish is the perfect meal. So nice to be able to enjoy the beautiful weather by eating outside. Not worth losing a star over but service can be a bit hit or miss since it's small and popular so there sometimes things get missed, but the staff is good about correcting any mistakes. Another thing I really love about this place is getting food to go. It's perfect to be on the way home from work, call in an order zoom by pick it up and be home and eating 10 minutes later like I just made an Italian feast for 7."

"4+ Stars. Wonderful spot for a nice meal in an old world European setting. We have lunch weekly here and they have a number of lunch specialities at very reasonable prices. My favorite is the Petrale Sole with lemon and capers which is absolutely delicious. They offer inside and outside seating and lunch is served from 11:30 until two. They specialize in French Cuisine during weekdays and evenings and Ethiopian Cuisine on weekends. There are also open during the evening from 5:30-8:00 and have a nice wine selection. Great food at reasonable prices in a cozy atmosphere makes for a wonderful dining experience. Highly recommended."

I asked about rearranging things to fit our vision and texted him several times throughout the planning process; he was always quick to respond and incredibly supportive. On the day of the wedding, Seth and his wife Lindsey were there to assist us every step of the way with setup and teardown. The wait staff went above and beyond to ensure we were well-fed, had drinks in hand, and were enjoying ourselves. Thank you so much for making our dream wedding a reality!"

"I just had my 50th birthday celebration in the Ranchero Room. The manager was great helping me plan the buffet menu and seating arrangement for 50 people. "This is a small steak house/ bar. They serve excellent steaks and prime rib, come hungry. They open at 5:00 pm for dinner. Bar is open earlier if you want to have a drink before dinning. I ordered their Par cut of prime rib, it is their smallest cut and it’s still way big. It was excellent, sides of potatoes and vegetables were average. Dinner salad was great. The Warden ordered fried chicken, it was juicy and succulent, didn’t care for batter/seasoning on skin. For dessert we split a mud pie, it was huge and delicious. We couldn’t finish it."

"The food is pretty good. Nothing great, but definitely good. I have been coming here for many years. The management (or owners according the general manager) recently decided that a diner who orders a 3 piece combination is only entitled to 2 salsa types(which oddly enough used to be help yourself and all you want). A staff member very rudely explained to me that I could not havemore than 2 salsas. I kindly asked for my tip back. The general manager came and took all the food away and agreed to refund mymoney. I was hungry. I still am as I type this. They lost a good customer today."
