"Great sandwich! With the declining quality and service of places like Firehouse Subs and Jersey Mike's, it's refreshing to find a place that just does a great job of making sandwiches and delivering great customer service like Board and Brew. Ordered the Italian Sub and all I can say it WOW! Not only does it have quality meats and ingredients, it's also served with a secret sauce (on the side). This sauce really made the already tasty sandwich even better. PS, thesandwich is huge! The staff was friendly and fast. I have a new favorite sandwich destination!! Thanks Board and Brew!"

"This location is so classic feels like a movie scene. They offer a ton of selections for ice cream, shakes, sundaes, or to other floats. I love that they actually make their own ice cream daily and fresh. I ordered a root beer float I'm addicted to the root beer floats at Hansel's. This location is very classic and unique. They have only outdoor seating, no public restrooms, and a private parking lot. The staff here are all so outgoing and welcoming. Keep in mind when you order to wait for it at the window and not walk away. They do their best to bring your order out the window as fast as they are able to. Overall a pleasant experience I loved visiting this location. Highly recommend a visit especially if you're into outdoor dining and ordering."

"updatei ordered walnut shrimp and wonton soupder walnuss shrimp and suppe was excellent. definitiw found our new Chinese restaurant. next we will try to find the moo go gai pan, supplies or sweet and acidic pork we have tried to find good Chinese food in clairemont, since panda country on clmt mese blvd closed due to kovid. we've been there for 30 years. Today we thought we were trying to rehab. we have kung pao san jan, not spicy and miraculous suppe for later. the taste was pretty good, but much too sweet for kung pao. the chicken and garnel were well cooked, but the bark was hard and chewing, not delicate at all, that we did not order Mongolian bark. that would have been a nightmare to chew. the amazed suppe was excellent and so were the crumbs that go with her. we give him an 8/10 compared to our original restaurant. try again before continuing our search"

"Hibachi grills are fun and offer a bunch of different types of meat, but this one wasn't impressive. It was a lot more expensive than most meals, and literally all the meat was overcooked. "I only order the Beef Ribs. They are so good. I like to add a habanero hot sauce to it and it?s perfect. For the sides the potato salad and the Fries are good. Due to COVID, they no longer take any phone take out orders. You have to drive there and order on the spot. Due to this reason, I will drive East to a less busy location. There are certain locations where you?ll have to wait much longer as they have higher volume of people coming in."

"Do not miss this hidden gem. Right in front of the Fairfield Mariott in a green cottage like structure with a big front porch. We had California rolls, sweet and sour soup and broccoli chicken entree with rice. We brought takeout to our room at the Mariott after a long day of driving from the gulf coast of Florida. The food was delicious and flavorful. It was only 18 minutes from the time we called in our order. Fast, efficient and super friendly. Very reasonably priced as well. Seasoning can b my lemon or spicy depending on your order!"

"Dinner with the grandsons. Boys got popcorn shrimp and chicken tenders. We got a fried cod combo and a two piece fried chicken combo. Food was great- well made and delicious. Our sides included in the combos were hush puppies and Mac cheese. Both were good. Grandsons loved playing the free old school video games. Basic place in a busy strip mall but good food!"

"This coffee shop is awesome! It's one of my favorites local places to come and get coffee. When I'm in the mood for coffee and I don't want Starbucks I'll usually come here. That ambiance here is super cool and everybody here is very welcoming. The staff here is nice and friendly and really know how to make good coffee. My friend and I need a place to come hang out and chit chat for a little bit, we decided kaffe mister since it was close to my house. The coffee here is always fresh and tasty. Today I decided to try something new and get there cinna-roll latte and my friend got there cold brew coffee. The coffee here tastes really good and we always leave here satisfied. They also have a couple of food items here that you can choose from. I've tried their breakfast sandwich with sausage and I really love it. This place really has a homey vibe and it's really a comfortable place to come and hang out."

"Clarification: I dont like giving 1, 2 or 3 star reviews but id give them a 3 in reality. I have a side business of my own and prefer to give them their flowers while giving them my true opinion so they can improve. So I'm pretty disappointed with this place. The food is amazing but I swear, EVERY SINGLE TIME, something is wrong with the order. If it's not the cooks ruining a burrito by adding items to a burrito that doesn't have said item listed on the menu, it's issues with the cashiers. They close an order before I can enter my rewards info for the points. They're stingy with hot sauce and flat out deny you or give you nasty looks. Worst part, my friend (fernys didn't know this) was shoveling extra hot sauce into his bag. I called the cashier out and she looked like she saw a ghost... God forbid you tip them and they still find a way to make you shake your head. It's either a lack of genuine care for the people keeping them in business or they may be a little slow. Shout out to the one cashier who is ALWAYS fulfilling orders correctly and is genuinely nice is the female cashier who has been there for years, shes on the plus size. I forget her name, but you probably know who I'm talking about if you've been coming here for awhile. Either way, i know you don't care about one person's opinion in the grand scheme of things, but yall need to work on your people skills if you're going to work in the service industry. It's not like I ever hassled any of you or treated you unfairly."

I've never had it this way at Lone Star and hope this isn't the way they're going to continue preparing it. We'll have to move our group meetings elsewhere if so."

And the store itself is set back cannot be seen from the parking lot. When I finally found it. They ignored me. I had an order the woman knew. So I wasn't in line because I just picked up. "I took my mom to breakfast. We entered, and they greeted us and asked if we wanted inside or outside. We chose to sit inside. It was quite stuffy and kinda warm inside, I immediately regretted sitting inside. We both ordered coffee and a glass of iced water. It seemed to take forever to bring out our coffees. I ordered the spinach omelet. It has spinach, mushrooms, black olives, smoked bacon, and cheese. It was tasty but kind of bland, so I added some salt. I ordered it with a side of white toast and fruit. The toast was nicely buttered, and the fruit was pretty good besides the under-ripe watermelon. It was very filling, so I ended up taking half my food home. My mom got the sausage, eggs , and hashbrowns with a pumpkin muffin. She says her food was good and even wanted a banana muffin to go. The cost for everything was about $45 altogether. Overall, it was a pretty good breakfast."

"I hate like hell to have to write this review, but I feel compelled to let fellow Santee residents and the proprietor about my experience on 10/17/20. I have been ordering/eating-in at this local eatery since they opened, a couple times a month. Anyway, the round kid(male) working there always asks if I want to add a tip on a pick-up--I'm old-fashioned and I don't want to tip anyone when I collect my carry-out order. Anyway, yesterday, the kid in question decided to tip himself without my permission. He rang $1.23 up and asked for my signature--I asked why and he said he needed it as he accidentally rang $1.23 and my signature would void the transaction. He then rang me up for my food purchase. BTW, I dropped $1.00 in change in his jar, and he witnessed it. Well, I went home and looked at my card statement online and discovered the $1.23 was still on the card--it's not about the piddling amount; it's about deception, and I want his mommy and daddy to know I will no longer patronize their restaurant for his willful dishonesty."

"I really like the fettuccini alfredo and the salad. We love the salad, had two or three helpings of that. We also had the chicken and shrimp carbonara which was shrimp bacon and sauce and those parts were good but the chicken was not good at all. It was breaded, bland and the breading was soggy. I do feel like their portions have gotten a lot smaller and aren't big enough considering the prices charged. I do not like the bread, really no flavor, plain white bread with a touch of salt and hardly any garlic butter."
