"(Meeting, 2 persons, €25,80 It was time we thought to visit Portofino again because the last visit over two years. At this time it was the first visit to Kassel after an extremely disturbed visit to the restaurant, which led us to publish our first restaurant review on the internet! The subsequent visit to Portofino led to the second restaurant review of our lives and laid the foundation for a mostly positive but also interesting and exciting hobby. Unfortunately, today's visit at this time could not be linked to the positive experiences. Maybe it was just a bad day today, maybe it's the result of the last two years. We can't know. Portofina is just steps from Treysa Train Station. Arriving by car, you are able to park two hours free in a parking garage just a few meters away. A successful train of the city to attract customers to Treysa, because since the start of the construction of a new shopping center in the middle of Treysa, the parking lot is the highest shortage. We were kindly received by a bright, quiet, young man in service and led into the adjoining room, which is defined by a wooden wall with open windows from the inside with counter. Here you have a look at the Bahnhofstrasse and the last burning buyer. And there were two gentlemen sitting at another table. It remained to the guests during our visit. I suggest that I did not read the 2013 review before I wrote this report again to surprise myself from the differences and/or agreements and not to affect myself. But I remember when I found the operation of the guests, the ordered dishes a little disturbing. The door was always open and closed. Today: Nothing like that. A single guest entered the restaurant to buy a 20 Euro voucher. We searched for a beautiful corner with a bench seat and got hardly any space to hand over the menus that had already come to the age. The words of the service caft, after we had given up the drink order, I could hardly believe, and they were also directed to us with such a quiet voice that I had to make sure for my loved ones: Did he say once, until the days said? Strange. We said the menu had seen the best days a long time ago. Each sheet was placed in a transparent cover, some of which were already open on one side. The clear-sighted envelopes and leaves contained therein were also exposed to a significantly longer use. New menus would look more appetizing. I also know that at that time the onion soup was out, and I had to choose an alternative. A new attempt today. Since my wife had chosen a meat dish as main dish Schnitzel Wiener Kunst, I looked at a delicious sounding pizza. The choice fell on Pizza Capricciosa, which contained most of my favorite pads, and I had refined you with extra garlic for 70 cents. Shortly later I got the spoon for the soup and don't trust my ears again. But we both heard this is so good with the cutlery or would they like to have sticks? I was so blurred that I only agreed and said everything was fine. But slowly I felt a little bit taken on my arm and wanted to offer the joker as little as possible in the further course. In me, an association with Harold began to manifest himself from the film Harold and Maude. These pals, this calm, slow voice, that look. Of course, the young man had recently seen this movie and tried to follow Harold. To make it short, it followed my soup, which was overlaid with deliberately shaking hands. In the meantime, the film was changed with an almost fall over an imaginary ice bear head a la dinner for one until my pizza was brought to the table with the words a flying pizza. Everything very strange and not necessarily lead to being received as a guest. Or maybe the hidden camera was on the way, and we just didn't react how you wanted? You'll hear it or not. To the dishes: My onion soup was okay. All fresh, not an iceberg salad, but a green salad, but a little sweet prepared overall. Moreover, it was badly washed because not only the first bite, but also the others were accompanied by tooth cracks. I can't. I wash our sweets from tradition three times (and use the water to pour flowers. My pizza looked good and tasted... okay. Overall relatively taste-neutral. I was glad about the extra garlic. The Schnitzel Wiener Kunst, when I saw her, I thought immediately, oh wei, friteuse and much too long inside. I had the feeling that my wife tasted her. But there was much too dry lemon, for example there was no one. I had to order them first in the kitchen because the service had disappeared to a chat. It was a little better with lemon. I just tried one corner, but for me it looked like finished baked press meat from the freezer. But maybe I'm wrong with someone. It's hard to say purely subjective. Cleanliness I think the menus play there and a visit to the sanitary facilities is also safe. A band of my wife in front of the main court of short laundry there was no toilet paper. All in all, quite negligent, as I find. Conclusion: Too bad, because we had promised much more. All right, until it came to this visit, it took over two years, and now (more than a hundred restaurant visits later we know where we have to go near to get home happy. Even if not with satisfaction guarantee! But that can always happen. That's life. Next visit: not before 2019. PS: Soeben I have read the previous review and must also note that today's visit not a farewell to the house, but only the question whether there was another coffee, etc. That's how times change. "(a lunch with a person and salat to take with me for 21.50 euro das la torre has only recently noticed, because it is located on the main street of the goat, the landgraf philipp road, but is somewhat set back to the adjacent buildings so that you can quickly overlook the small restaurant in the past. a pity, but a signage on the opposite side of the road is not approved due to the historic building. so: mouth and writing propaganda, which I like to say. what means: I liked my visit today, even if there were small marks. as had (because the oriental that was only visited yesterday is only a few houses further, with some luck you can find a parking lot on the street. otherwise there are sufficient possibilities in just a few minutes away. I liked to travel early, and so I was once again the first to go and the next came also when I was paying the bill. After entering the small restaurants you can immediately feel the Italian flair. Italian music from the boxes but nothing cheesy, as usual in allegedly typical pizzerias. somehow cozy, simple and not overloaded gschmÃ1⁄4ckt. and relatiw small with only six tables and a little over 30 seats. the chief greets me kindly and gave me the card. I had already been looking forward to a minestrone before, and then I ordered it, and I had fun on pizza. the menu with which for me almost exactly the correct number and selection of food: 23 pizzen and a total of just over 70 feeds (appetizers, salads, suppen, etc. included . almost because I lacked the meat dishes! there are only pizza and pasta. but if you're on pizza and pasta, you're right here. at the pizza I decided for a pizza speciale (tomatoes, cheese, ham, salami, fresh champignons and paprika with additionally swirling and garlic. it could also have been a pizza quattro stagioni, with additional paprika and salami I mention it only because this was then on my bill. in addition, I order a small mixed salad for my favorite. the question after thunfisch I denied, but at the question after smanding or edgy dressing I got into the stall. And what does the chef do: he says he just makes both dressings, then my wife can decide what she uses for the salat. : thank you. last I ordered a half-dry white wine, and then I stopped the dinge that comes. first a hot minestrone, very well meant because filled to the edge. I was offered parmesan. taste typical minestrone for my taste maybe a little flavored, but otherwise good and rich. the pizza followed, richly covered with wobble. I didn't taste the garlic, and as it turned out later, I didn't even notice this wish. the pizza was big and chess and as described richly occupied. as I like it, fresh mushrooms, paprika sour inlaid (remembering the pizzeria bonventi, unfortunately no longer existing, was missing the salt and reminded me of an entertaining in flourorence, whereupon I also discussed the chef later. so a little salted and everything was good. I did not get the portion again and so I got a kinderpizza packed to take home. back to saltless pizza in florence. I was curious and wanted to know if this was typical Italian. I hadn't asked anyone yet. a smile and nod accompanied the answer yes, especially in the toscana this is typical. there would also be a reason, but he had forgotten it. but the Tuscan pizza baker knew it. I can't give it back. the past was supposed to be made with sea water, but what was eventually forbidden and so the devastating was saltless from there. if someone knows the true history of saltless pizzas better, please report! alone with the bill I did not get quite clear when looking at home. pizza, ok, no matter which is on my bill, special and 4 seasons cost equal. the additional wobbles were apparently not calculated (although indicated at 0.25 euro in the menu; the salat on the bill was a small salat with thunfish, which cost a euro more than that of me. either the two dressings were calculated to me with a price, or I have received a large mixed salad, because it costs as much as a small salad with tuna. and now, after unpacking the salad, we believe that it was a big one! He made really rich! and before all that he was prepared with head salad, not as elsewhere mostly with the cheaper and less tasty variant. the tasty dressing wasn't entirely after my taste. a little too mayonnaiselastic. not as drastic as yesterday's tsatsiki next door, but clearly perceptible. the vinegardressing with aceto balsamico was good. my wife has tasted the salad very well. excellent was the attached pizzabrot! the best known to us so far. elsewhere, this is often salted so badly (albeit paradoxically that you can hardly eat it. so, and again know something new. again positiw voted, something learned and recommended. the consumed: minestrone 3,50 pizza speciale plus wobble 7,00 kl. insalata capricciosa (probably but rather large mixed salad 6,50 white wine 0,25 l 4,50"
