The ambiance is cozy and feels like a traditional family restaurant. My wife ordered the Beef Spring Rolls, and they were made to perfection—each bite was flavorful and delicious. The ingredients were fresh, with the perfect balance of lettuce, noodles, and tender beef. The peanut sauce on the side was a great complement, and they were happy to provide fish sauce upon request. I ordered the (Bo Luc Lac) a.k.a. shake and beef, and it was absolutely mouthwatering. The garlicky rice, which reminded me of Spanish rice, paired beautifully with the well-seasoned, stir-fried cubes of steak. The dish was served with lettuce, tomato, and cucumber on the side, adding a refreshing touch. It’s truly a taste of Vietnam! Augie, the owner, is incredibly humble and down-to-earth. You can tell he genuinely cares about his staff and the quality of the food served. He pours his heart and soul into his business, and it shows in every dish.
