"While you are waiting, the staff eagerly explains everything about Sandoichi (which are quite similar to the Japanese Onigirazu). As a vegan you have two main options: The Hijiki, filled with brown algae and Papuro, filled with red cabbage. Then you must choose your sauce: Teriyaki, vegan Wasabi Mayo or Spicy Miso. I went with her recommendations Hijiki/Teriyaki and Papuro/Wasabi. The ingredients tasted very fresh, vegetables very crispy. I could have used more sauce, but in soy sauce was also acceptable. I prefer the Hijiki, but overall it is probably a good idea to go with a friend so that you can both have one half of each. I also liked it to go packing is plastic free."
