"The service here is always great, the employees are always friendly (no pun intended). The ambience is a small town, country vibe; it's in a log cabin, cmon! I'll say the window air conditioning units are a bit of an eye sore, but if your back is to them then you won't even notice their presence. Now, let's talk about the food. The country style steak hits (almost) like your grandma's kitchen. The grilled chicken salads (chicken salad, too) are top notch. The crinkle fries could stand to be a bit crispier, but if you smother them in the homemade ranch or a Mayo/ketchup blend then they'll get the job done. If you want dessert, try the peach cobbler, it's never failed me. Now for the sad part...the green beans...oh man, they were the bane of my affliction today. Imagine Aunt Shirley smoking a Virgina slim and not being able to find her ash tray so she just puts out her cig in the pot of beans that have been simmering for hours (possibly days based on the texture). The taste from those green beans couldn't be washed away by water alone, thankfully they offer the wonderfully, delicious Tony's Ice-cream and that my friends, was able to wash the taste of potting soil flavored beans right off my agitated palate."
