"I had a great experience at this restaurant. I am giving it 5 stars because the food was really good. I opted for the lunch special, where certain dishes are priced at $9.99. The atmosphere at the bar area gave me the impression that this is a popular spot for locals. The bartender was friendly and accommodating. She offered to have the fried calamari tossed in sauce, but we decided to have it on the side. Just a heads up - if you choose the cherry peppers and onion option, the sauce will contain all the toppings so you won't have fried hot peppers (which I have had at other places). The sauce was delicious and I was glad I had it on the side. The penne alla vodka was also tasty and the portion size was satisfying. If you are looking for a budget-friendly and delicious lunch, I recommend checking out this place."

"This was my very first time here and I felt the need to sit back and review. It seems to be the 4 pm rush as the drive through was very busy, therefore, decided to go in. After all, I was only getting a chicken sandwich to hold me over. My order came out before I was even done putting my wallet away. The drive through was running extremely smoothly and there was no line inside. To top it off my sandwich was not only piping hot but crispy as well. I read some bad reviews about this location and maybe it’s a coincidence or maybe the right manager was on. In any case, I usually don’t prefer stopping at McDonald and I would come back here to dine again. Great job this evening crew! A"

"Excellent retaurant for all occasions. We had two meals there during our 2 day visit to Stratford. A lunch and a breakfast. Food is excellent and the staff is amazing! Ryan took care of us during our meals and he made us feel right at home! Portions are generous and menu can accomodate different diets. The are amazing aboriginal art murals in the restaurant which makes it very warm and pleasant!"

"This is definitely a destination place. It’s right near the shore with panoramic water views and has a live band playing on the weekends. I like that they aren’t pessimistic with covid restrictions. Definitely has a free-spirited vibe near the water. Reservation is required, they don’t do walk-ins lately. The staff are friendly, attentive and pleasant. The service was definitely A-1. My food was fresh and memorable! Every dish was delicious. I mean delicious. While visiting the shores of Stratford, Connecticut GO HERE!"

"Food was good for the most part. Only downsides were they were out of something at 5:30PM on a Saturday and the cornbread was a bit dry. Our drinks were the best part and of course I forgot to get a picture of those haha. We had drinks that had vanilla vodka, lime, and soda. Was really refreshing. Service was OK and ambiance was a little meh, a little too dark for me on the inside and a bit small."

"We really enjoyed our server and the ambience of the restaurant. The view was spectacular and it was overall very enjoyable. I had to deduct one star because compared to some of the other restaurants in the area, the overall value misses the mark a little bit. I felt like we spent less on other restaurants and had better tasting food while we were in Beaver Creek."

"Absolutely delicious! We had the salad with Italian dressing, wings, pizza and the “to-die-for” garlic knots. The pizza definitely Is the best in town! Love the thin crispy crust and yummy sauce. A great place to sit outside and enjoy wonderful food, excellent service! We will be back ... and will have to try one of their dinners next (the customers next to us raved about their dinners). Definitely a 5 star experience!"

"Be prepared to wait from start to finish. After being seated we waited to be greeted by wait staff and given menus, waited and waited for our drinks, and finally ordered our meals. If the manager was trying to be humorous he missed the mark. We felt his comments were rude. The food was good. Then, we waited for what seemed endless time to receive our check and any take-out boxes. There is a difference between a relaxing meal and being cast aside."

"The donuts at this restaurant are large and fresh. They offer a wide variety of flavors, making it difficult to decide which ones to try. We ended up choosing cream crimp, glazed, boston cream, kookie monster, bowl of muesli, and french toast. They were all delicious, but my favorite was the cream brulee (Bavarian cream-filled glazed donut). In addition to enjoying the donuts, we also had a fantastic breakfast and shared plenty of laughs."

"Went in with a party of 5 everyone ordered i ordered the sitting duck burger well done. Only mistake i made was not taking a picture . It came out burnt and i let the waitress know she apologized and took the burger they didnt start working on it til 5 minutes later over hearing the line cook arguing with the expediter about that it is well done and they had a back and forth by the time the my order was remade and sent back everyone had finished and i took my order to go . Definitely wont go back based on my own experience . Paid the bill in full i kind of expected it to be comped but it wasnt . It is what it is . This was monday might 05/06/2024 @8 pm it wasnt a busy night at all . I thank the waitress for her professionalism but for me to sit with my party and hear the line cook argue going back and forth about the quality of a burnt burger being sent out was distasteful."

"Hewa is our favorite restaurant, period. We don't order out often, but when we do, this is it. I have recommended Hewa to so many people and even placed large orders at work, and they have never steered us wrong. They have never so much as gotten a single part of the order wrong. "First time. Mofongo dish was a surprise. The mofongo mound was alright but I was turned off by the shrimp. They looked like they came from a shrimp cocktail Platter. "I wish I could give 10 stars. This place gives you that family feel. We have been here several times and wanted to stop in on our way from NJ to Mass. We got delayed and were not going to make it until 9:45pm and they close at 10pm. So we ordered take out. When we got there and told them this they told us to sit and they would serve us. They played our meal and brought over silverware. Also we ordered dessert which they still took the time to decorate and make look pretty. I could not believe the hospitality!!! We so appreciated being able to have a sit down meal on our road trip"
