"In continuing my search for a good pizza in the north side of Georgia, my wife and I had a chance to meet our good friends Paul and Anni for a nice lunch along with my little buddy Augustus! @parmatavern always gets PACKED so we decided to get there right as they opened up at 11AM. For how small the place is they do a good job at making room for plenty of tables without it feeling cramped up. Service was spectacular and all our food came out fairly quickly (my pizza made it out last). I ordered their 8inch small personal Margherita pizza (tomato sauce, mozzarella, oregano, thyme, olive oil, basil) and I think I learned something new about pizzas... don't order smaller personal sized pizzas! It's harder for me to judge and not fair to compare to other full sized pizzas, HOWEVER... this pizza was tasty and delicious. The crust isn't ultra thin so if you prefer pizzas that aren't ultra thin, this is a good spot for you to try. Their mc&cheese is probably a good 7/10 for me, which surprised me because it's hard to find good mc&cheese these days. I would rate it better IF it had more cheese flavor and if it was a bit more creamy, this sauce was a little more on the soft side. That being said, it was still delicious and had a LOT of chicken. Last but not least... garlic knots!!! I love the way these are twisted and fried to perfection, definitely happy with them. My friend @yellowplates saw that they had a DONUT BURGER and decided to go for it ? I've had a hard time finding a donut burger I liked so I was curious to see what she thought. She didn't seem impressed either because the sweetness of the donut AND BBQ sauce were just too much to where it overpowered the cheese, bacon, and burger patty. Maybe without the BBQ sauce it'd be better? Just too much. Tasty food, fun menu, good service.... I'll be back but I'll keep looking for that best ? "My husband and I were there for the first time last night. We were greeted by a young woman who was grateful for coming to this family owned and operated steakhouse. Every employee was friendly and helpful. The variations of meat brought to our table were all delicious. The salad bar and the side bar were both plentiful. Each dish was very delicious. I tried the Brazilian cocktail that was properly described as Mojito without mint. Very good! We finished our meal with flan and passion fruit mousse. The flan was very normal, but the passion fruit mousse was fabulous. This is the first time I had real passion fruit outside Australia. Right! We're coming back!"

"My husband and I booked a single night away for my birthday. I wish we booked a longer stay! We checked in early with Chris who then showed us around the property. It was wonderful to hear all about the property and the history. Chris then showed us to our cottage- the dream cottage! A dream is definitely the way to describe this wonderful cottage. As you go up the stairs you enter a beautiful covered porch with plenty of seating and a front porch swing. French doors open to the main room with the king bed, coffee area with espresso machine, couch and tv, a small table and an assortment of games and books. The other room serves space for the double vanity, large jetted tub, double sauna and large walk in shower. The only part of the room that needed fixing was the sliding door to the bathroom was broken and did not slide unless you picked it up. It was not a huge deal and honestly wasn’t a bother to us.Make sure you check days that dinner is served if you’d like dinner at the inn. We stayed on a Sunday night when the kitchen was closed. To help with our plans, Chris kindly recommended the Tim-Ber Alley in nearby Littleton, NH which exceeded our expectations and made for a fantastic dinner.I can’t say enough good about our stay, thank you so very much! We hope to be back soon!"

"I've had their ice cream a bunch of times, and they are a staple at Dragon Con. I always buy a pint whenever I'm in the area and I haven't really found any flavors that I don't like. Also, their food's pretty good, and the staff is really nice and ready to help. Honestly, it's just a good place to go and get some awesome alcoholic ice cream!"

"Seems like a good day for me, especially based on all current reviews). Didn't have to wait to take a seat. The waitress was kind. Perhaps a con to point out is that our sweet tea has not been filled again, even it has happened 3/4 cup. Eating was fine.. The side beans and broccoli) are boiled. I have a five star experience."

"On 9/29/23 . My friend and I went to Central City Tavern for lunch. Our order was taken within 15 mins after being sitted and received water, waiter left came, back to take our orders . After about an hour no order received. We never received our food. We ask the waiter’s what’s going on with the order. His response was “The kitchen is crashing” . After about 5 minutes I ask the host what’s happening. Her response, Your order has been taken care of. I ask what that means being we never received our food. She said you can leave if you wish. It’s really bad back there in the kitchen. During this time 3 tables left. This was my first and probably my last visit. Very bad experience."

"I really wanted to like this restaurant. After a plant sale, we decided to eat here. They were busy, but we were seated promptly. We placed our orders quickly, but unfortunately, things went downhill from there. We ordered starters of cheese curds and poutine, but everything came out at once after a 30-minute wait. The cheese curds never arrived, so we asked our waitress to remove them from the bill. I ordered chicken wings and fries, but the wings were not cooked properly and lacked seasoning. The hand-cut fries were good though. I also ordered beer cheese, but it wasn't mentioned on the menu that it contained bacon bits, which I don't eat. Despite this, my partner enjoyed it. In total, we spent $77 for 2 adults and 2 children. The slow service and lackluster food presentation made me not want to return."

"I discovered this restaurant while browsing a list of "Things to do in Littleton, NH". I was camping in Bethlehem, NH and woke up early to beat the crowds. I had heard that it can get busy, but I arrived before the rush. The menu featured meat, eggs, cheese, and other non-vegan options, which may not be suitable for vegans or herbivores. However, upon request, the server provided a separate menu detailing vegan and gluten-free options. I ordered the half stack with two blueberry pancakes and a special dish with applecakes madeling. While I was excited to try this place, I found the pancakes to be just average. I also tried the potato pancakes, which were cooked in butter, but the vegan option was deep-fried. Unfortunately, they were too greasy for my liking. I enjoyed a delicious milk latte and appreciated the friendly service from the host, server, and barista. Although there is only indoor seating, the view from our table by the window was lovely. I purchased some maple snacks from the gift shop as I left and will likely return when I come back to NH. Overall, it was a pleasant experience."

"I will apologize first if this seems rude as that is not how i mean to come off however these are for honest reviews and I feel the reviews we read were misleading. I feel the atmosphere was very blah. There was no soft contemporary music or anything and besides the other conversations it was eerily quiet. Prices were rather high for some products. I ordered cod fishsticks for $25.00 and they tasted like a vat of oil, crispy crunchy batter but very thick and not appetizing and lacked flavor. My husband ordered the strip steak for $39.00 and it was burnt on the outsides but practically raw and cold inside. They also only had three staff that we saw. We were not familiar with the area so we gave it a try based on reviews. "We stayed at the Inn for a weekend break and dinner at the restaurant for 2 evenings. Dinner was delicious and inventive. The staff was attentive and efficient. Filet Mignon was cooked for perfection and was a large part of the price. The smoked cod coach was from this world, unlike the standard coupler. It was the best Chowder I've had for years. Try the restaurant if you are in the area or book a room at the Inn to enjoy the offers!"

"I don’t understand why there are so many great reviews…my experience at Mika was terrible. I am not one for writing many reviews…if it’s exceptional, I will take the time to write a good review….if it’s terrible, then I will take the time to say it bc I read reviews on this place and decided to go here based on that. First, the portion was small. $18 for a roll with about 4 pieces. The smell when it hit the table was that fishy smell which I determined was the seaweed wrap. I ordered the Victoria secret roll and it just came out bland. I then custom ordered a roll with ingredients that I like, and still…very bland tasting with a fishy smelling seaweed wrap. I am sorry to say it, but i will never come back. The place is cute as far as decor and it was clean, but the place was empty on a Thursday night at 7pm."

It think the hostess and waitresses are the face of the business they should be better a costumer service, my waitress looked mad and never smile, everytime I asked her a question she mumble back to me, but maybe she just had a bad day? now, the food was delicious, just a little be too salty for me I think people should have an option, not everyone likes salty food, their menu in all over the wall no prices and I didn't appreciate that when I asked for my bill they brought me a hand written piece of paper with only the total at the end, I have no idea what my dishes prices were. 3 kids and two adults my bill came 84 dollars tip included. think if they actually make a menu with prices and use todays technology to pay for our bill and train the people to be better a costumer service this palace will be very successful! This is just my honest opinion..wish the owner the best luck ? people actually order their food base on their budget, won't come back untill that changes"
