"Normally I don’t write reviews but enough is enough.I used to go to this Dunkin’s, (no longer will), I go to work early in the morning this locations is always right on my way for me, unfortunately they cannot handle more than 2 people in line at once. Out of last 10 times i have been at this location 7 times my order has been messed up.If they have more then 2 people in line, they rush your order, or undercook it. Normally I order 2-3 bacon and egg wake up wraps, the bacon is always cold, or undercooked. Today I asked if they can just double cook it so I could try to avoid the trouble of spending money on food that’s cold, pretty simple, leave it in twice as long. I was standing in the store, the cashier took my order then walked around to ask the other girl who was cooking just to make sure she cooked my order a little extra, she then complained and said she was “slammed and was trying hard already”, then turned to another co-worker, and began to complain about “how i was asking for a special order when they were slammed” she proceeded to make mention of it many more times while I was standing 5 feet away from her. I wont mention her name on here but I overheard it in the store. Guess what, cold, uncooked and not in the oven for more than 15 seconds. Just avoid this store. They wont take care of you"
