"Order online: Pfefferoni Pizza, Sampler Appetizer, Fettuccine Alfredo. All these things were options on their online menu. Was pleased when the driver raised in 30 minutes, except they did not bring the pizza or Alfredo. The driver went back to get the pizza and I called when I saw that they took Riggien or another kind of Pasta dish with my order. It was said that they did not have Alfredo and I requested a refund. They do NOT GIVE REFUNDS!!!. So you have to pay for everything they want to give you. The driver returned 35 minutes later with the pizza. I talked to a manager today and said they had Alfredo sauce, just not fatuccine pasta, but Riggien were sent instead of just the ordered sauce on what pasta. Again, I was told that they can't give any refunds and get a credit I won't use because I won't order again, because now it's just too often where things were wrong and they'll react with a credit next time. No, thanks. It is regrettable that customers do not matter because their food is really good. As I also see on all negative reviews, the person who controls their profile is hostile and illuminated on any negative comments, so I will look forward to your excuses and deflection of responsibility."
