"We’ve been coming to Graffi as a family since the week it opened and always enjoyed it. And I’ve used it several times for company events for my sales team, again, with great results. Until today, ordered through Wolt. (Which we’ve also done many times. . Today was disappointing in all respects: food quality, presentation, and quantity. Our food was totally cold. The fries were utterly soggy. So was the huge pile of tortilla chips the small amount of meat was piled on. The tomato salad was dry and the rucola looked like it had been sitting out since lunch. Yesterday’s lunch. We ordered the Grill Fest for 3, as we have done many times. But we were deeply disappointed this time the entrecôte was tasteless and there was hardly any of it. (Is Any of the meat actually grilled anymore? Seemed to have just been half heartedly warmed up. . In fact there was hardly enough food for 2 people, let alone 3. Much more meat used to be served with this order! Similarly my daughter’s portion of ribs was small and she ended up hungry. She’s only 11 and doesn’t eat that much! So we finished our meal feeling disappointed, still hungry, and frankly, ripped off to have paid so much for so little. I’m shocked at how far Graffi’s standards have slipped, and after all these years as a customer, I can’t imagine coming back in or ordering again. Please bring back the Graffi Grill of old."
