"Young lady Manager or wait staff lady with black shirt asked me to leave 5 10 minutes after I signed my check in a very uneasy way. I was finishing my cup of hot coffee and her approach was very assertive and made me feel really bad for what I was doing. I sit down and eat at restaurants for breakfast multiple times a week by myself as I am traveling long distances. Everywhere I go I always finish my cup of coffee before I leave, never has this happened to me and the way she executed the conversation was very poor. I am a very understanding human being and understand business demands especially it being Easter Sunday. I have been the head of billion dollar operations and have taught weekly classes to new talent entering into the hospitality industry. If IHOP corporate has any sort of customer relations training I recommend it is pushed through for a refresher at this location. I understand it's a busy day, but every chance you get to have an interaction with a guest it is an opportunity to make a memorable experience, whether it is good or bad. I don't think she is a bad person, and I don't think this constitutes disciplinary. I see opportunity here from this interaction, I'm simply the messenger. You're up IHOP!"
