"The service was great it wasn't crowded when we went for dinner during the week. Next time we go we will try the more modest menu as the gourmet menu was a little disappointing for the price. I took my daughter for her birthday dinner, her steak was a bit tough and my sea bass a bit overcooked. The vegetables were cooked perfect and the plated presentation was very nice. I would recommend this restaurant to many friends for good food at a reasonable price."

"After reading some positive reviews, I decided to try this restaurant for lunch for the first time. I was pleased with both the food and the atmosphere. The interior was clean, modern, and colorful, with a touch of whimsy from the sheer drapes and bright lights. I ordered the Pad See Ewe, which was delicious with a generous portion size. The flavors were a nice balance of sweet and savory, although the meat was a bit dry. My only issues were with the slow, but friendly service, and the parking lot, which is not ideal for larger vehicles."

"Great prices in comparison to most other place in todays inflation riddled environment. Unfortunately, in my first experience food was only ready about 20 minutes after the estimated ready time which was a bit frustrating for a delivery/pick up only kinda place. Lastly, while this won’t always matter, it still does now, only 3/7 people in their kitchen were wearing masks when I got there to pick up food. Also, breadsticks were more like cheesy bread than breadsticks that could be considered an upgrade by some but I prefer to get the things I order also, the marinara while tasty was not nearly enough."

"I'm glad I'm here for lunch! I'm working in the area and looking for a new place to try. Let me begin by saying I love Italian cuisine. I could eat pasta, lasagna and pizza every day if I were not interested in getting good health. I ordered the Fatuccine Alfredo and oh my, it was some of the best I tasted. I think the Alfredo sauce was 10/10. The woman who took my order was also very friendly and the restaurant looked clean. Will definitely come back to try their pizzas next time!"

"Some little known facts about Mrs. Burgerdogboy: she was raised by gypsies in the San Fernando Valley; because her family were travelers, there was no pizza place that could deliver, and, when G’ma wasn’t baking up mounds of from scratch Neapolitan style pizzas, Lido Pizza in Van Nuys was the family’s preferred provider. Long story short, Mrs. BDB decided to surprise me to a Lido pie recently. It’s a crust on the thinnish side, which I always prefer, crispy around the edge, nice and chewy as you work inward. She took it upon herself to devise a combo she thought I would like, sausage, salami, meatball, and black olive, and it was superb. The cheese was what struck me, tho, over the top in quantity and quality, the kind that stretches a foot when you lift a slice out of the box. Thank you Mrs. BDB, I think I’ll keep you, as long as we can return to Lido next time we are in L.A. Lido Pizza has locations in Van Nuys, Saugus, Canyon Country, Simi Val"

"There have only been 2 times where I ate something that tasted so good that weeks later I can remember how great it tasted. 1 was a 5 star seafood restaurant, and the other was this. Food was incredible, waiters were friendly and bilingual which helped with my family. And if you're scared about COVID, here they have tons of safety measures that helped me and my family feel safe while we waited for our food. 100/10, I will definitely come back."

"I have come to get lunch for the office here a few times, and my Go To is the chicken bowl with avocado. I have tried their beef, pork, and chicken. I 'd recommend the chicken over the other protein choices. Not that they are bad, the chicken is just that much better. It 's best to call ahead if you can get through. Lunch is super busy and hard to get through. It 's worth the try, though. Give it a shot!"

"hort service I would honestly not spend a dollar here, I was here often and they girls tonight we are evil and rude. they say 1 watch close I go with midnight and they are supposedly closed, but I sat in the car and watched them hook up there friends and talk to these 2 couples and we go in and they say I'm sorry that we are closed, so I sat in my car and watched 3 ppl go in and grab there command and be served, but they were closed and the door is open. seriously not a big thing, but we keep the side in blush it and I have been here since midnight and they were open and the girl said it was a new timetable. but if you go back now, there are still people in there who gaged lola and we were turned away and it was me and my daughter. I'm calling to call the manager and trust me that I'm going to take care of not being fair, and they shouldn't be on ppl, or they should pick up the doors and stop serving everyone."

"This is one of my favorite burger joints in the valley! I always enjoy their delicious burgers, and now they offer turkey and Impossible options as well. My go-to is adding chili to my burger, and their shakes are also amazing. I usually stick with the original 1/3 pound burger, as it can get messy with the chili, but it's totally worth it!"

"Absolutely amazing. I had the fried chicken with baked beans, potato salad, and corn bread. I also had lemonade and peach cobbler. The chicken was absolutely perfect clearly freshly battered and fried, with a crunchy skin and moist, tender meat. The beans were superb, with a tangy barbeque flavor. Potato salad was excellently seasoned with a great texture. Cornbread was fresh, warm, and moist. Lemonade was great, not too sweet. Peach cobbler was not what I expected, but amazing nonetheless it was served in a bowl as a type of hot soup. Overall I'd give this place a solid 5/5. I'll be telling everyone I know who visits Los Angeles to visit this great soul food place!"

"Came here for the first time. Ordered 2 chicken tacos , 3 taco combo of carne asada and a California burrito and all of it was fresh, juicy and delicious. The chicken was seasoned to perfection , juicy and super tender, the asada was meaty, flavorful and tender and the California burrito was 2 lbs of amazing! Everything was just so fresh and on point. The prices are affordable amd the portion sizes are huge. The staff is very attentive and friendly. Resturaunt is clean and comfortable. They have big screen tv's , a salsa bar, and they serve your food to your table and have complementary chips and salsa. We live in bakersfield and came out here for a doctors appointment and this place is worth the trip alone! I would for recommend this place ! You will not be disappointed !"

"First time I came here was back in 2001. Quality had been very consistent which is a good thing. Prices have jumped as high as other places either. I still see very few similar faces here in the last 20 years but good to see some people are still here. Food never lets down and always hits the spot, either for breakfast or late night. There’s always something good to try. I have moved out of town but when ever I come back I try to make time for a quick trip to Norms!"
