"I recently attended a lunch meeting at Venezia with 25 other women. We had the option to choose from a menu of 5-6 items. Our two servers, Jennifer and John, were exceptional! They were incredibly attentive to our needs and all of our food arrived promptly and at the same time. The meals were delicious and served in generous portions, pleasing everyone in our group. I personally ordered the Cobb salad with Chicken and was impressed with how moist and flavorful the chicken was. We have decided to make this a monthly meeting spot and are already looking forward to our next visit."

"So glad I stumbled upon this place. Scored tekka roll, mexican roll, steamed gyoza, eel roll. Been a sushi fanatic since 18 yo, quite a stretch. Just moved down here from Sarasota, lifelong there. This will be my go to place, guaranteed. The lady who runs this place is as nice as they get. Excellent sushi at great price, which is all we want for christ sakes! Not EVERY place known to man is on the overpricing bandwagon, because they can, because everyone 's doing it. Just one example of why sushi-wise. The mexican roll is a shrimp tempura reverse roll w/ avacado, smelt roe, jap mayo. SO many places, do not give you real tempura shrimp, it 's deep fried, HUGE difference. "This is a little hidden gem in Venice. Very small (especially the parking lot) but absolutely work it. Both the sushi menu and the Thai menu are absolutely delicious can’t go wrong with any of your favorite style of rolls, and highly recommend the drunken noodle, and save a little room for some Thai donuts at the end!"

"Great prompt service for a Friday night. The waitress was nice but overly helpful. Boyfriend ordered 'The King ' I had the 'Baby Blues Bayou '. Both of us had baked beans potato salad for our sides. The beans were good; however, something was missing...Potato salad was slightly bland. BUT the meat shrimp we 're right down delicious!! Holy cow!! One bite I had died gone to Heaven : I had their sweet tea was rather happy with it. Overall, a very nice experience. Although I will say, I much rather go try out their lunch specials save myself a buck or two b/c it was slightly overpriced."

"How far the mighty have fallen. So sad to experience this restaurant in decline. The lemon pasta was so tart and lemony it was not edible. The pancetta pasta was so salty I couldn't swallow it. And the salami pasta so spicy it made me sweet. Incredibly noisy and tell me Evan why do you have to charge 75 dollars for corkage. Since you are sold out around the clock do you have to make 75 dollars pure profit to cork a bottle. I think Evan is very busy with his other new stores and hasn't bothered to taste the food here in quite some time."

"I stumbled upon this restaurant thanks to my GetUpside app, which offers discounts for nearby restaurants. Despite being on the opposite side of town, the service was excellent and the food was delicious. The restaurant has outdoor seating under a covered patio with fans, making it very comfortable even in 90-degree weather. The interior is also inviting for both lunch and dinner. I highly recommend the tabbouleh and pita appetizer. Their lunch menu is available from 11:30am to 3:30pm every day, not just Monday through Friday like many other restaurants. We ordered the gyro plate with fries, but were able to swap it for a small salad at no extra charge. I definitely plan on dining here again in the future."

"Staff is absolutely amazing! Every single waitress we encountered to the band that was playing was amazing. The food is one of the best in the area in my opinion, perfect crispy fries and burgers cooked to perfection. We came to charge my Telsa and found this little spot! Unfortunately the parking lot is extremely small. There?s been multiple vehicles parked and hit due to no room to turn around. My husbands new truck being one. With no way of getting the plates off the lady who hit and ran. Beware where you park and watch your cars!!! If you?re a Tesla owner you may want to call and check before showing up at 5% with no open chargers due to they allow others to park in Tesla parking since it?s such a tiny spot. Other than the parking lot and security this place is a must! Park at the end of the parking lot and walk you?ll be glad you stopped in! It?s truly a gem just frustrating parking lot. Especially when Tesla owners are charged $1 per minute to sit past their charging time, yet you have non Teslas taking up charges. Staff and food were superb though!"

"One of my lowest reviews as of late. The coffee is fine, and not the reason for the low review. The low review is for the following: the barista person who looked like she could not be bothered to take my order. The music which was so gratingly loud it was obnoxious. I get that you have a turntable and a cool sound system, but this is not soul cycle- it’s a coffee house, where people would like to sit and enjoy their coffee or maybe a conversation."

"I'm so happy I stumbled over this amazing restaurant. I haven't had sushi for years. Not only their dishes taste amazing, I was shocked how much they serve. I usually order two rolls of sushi for me. The first role they have brought out (Mt Fuji Roll) made it very clear, I would not be able to finish both roles, and I will run out with a glorious meal. On the incredible courts they serve, people here are amazing and incredibly welcoming. Your service is impeccable. I could go with how wonderful my experience was here, but honestly, it's better if you go and check this place for yourself."

This time I got a bowl of seafood as an app calamari like my entrée... The seafood Bisque was good, but far overpriced I am embarrassing to say how much I paid for it... The Calamari was quite openly overbreaded; if it wasn't for the Marinara banana pepper, it wouldn't have any taste... My wife said it was just okay, but she wouldn't order it again... "I look forward to February back home because the in-store bakeries at Meijer, Kroger and Giant Eagle are cranking out Paczki. I am partial to Meijer where a 4 pack is $3.29 or on sale at $2.99. This winter was spent in Florida and I was happy to find that Yummie 's was offering paczki so I ordered 10 of assorted fillings. Their brochure states theirs are denser, richer dough, made with more eggs and spices, then stuffed with fillings . The product was as described but I was not a fan. I didn 't care for the dense dough or the spices(nutmeg, cinnamon, and ? . I may have missed the price during the online order but when she said $28.50 for 10 Paczki, I thought that I could stock my freezer at home for that and eat Paczki in July! I subsequently found them at a grocery store in Port Charlotte."

"the 139 positive reviews must be friends and family or people who have never really tasted Thai food. I am always suspicious of restaurants that offer a wasted dishes and do a 7-10 split (bowling metapher) on the cultures that it immerses. Japanese and Thai eating are not the same, but sometimes they have Thai kitchens and a sushi cook, so that we had a try. the service was indispensable, despite the fact that the place was almost empty. I showed her what we wanted on the menu, but she forgot and didn't get the replacement I asked, but okay, we moved on. fried egg rolls are frozen, but not well frozen. the ones I buy at costco are better what is a sad thing to say. there are no shares. no sauces on the table. the curry was below average and the meat was hard. the first and last time for us."

"Rude management as well as a heavyset white lady in the grill area in the early morning on a Fri mrng. They all got upset with me for bringing up a food safety hazard in which I saw to their attention to correct. Look at this picture below (cheese and bacon on the same rack). Those who do not eat pork meat substance my get sick from this. They called the police for me to leave. I called the corporate office a few mins later to bring it to their attention. The Supervisor later apologized to me for the bad experience I had in this location."
