"We have visited this restaurant for 13 years, the service is never really the best? anyway, but we had the WORST experience a few nights ago. We had a younger woman than our waitress and the rib she had with me, my 7 and 5 years ago. (Maybe she was intimidated because we seemed close to age and she seemed to be a waitress? Not sure. We ordered our food, we've come back here for years and order every time we come. Well, the food came out and mine was wrong, not a big deal, I said he's sorry that my order is wrong? And with the evil attitude, our waitress ARGUED didn't even say a nice tone and said? She didn't order that. I didn't get it wrong? we were very confused with ?okay? We just want to fix it and we were told? If you had ordered it for the first time? starting to argue aggressively with my husband, again IN FRONT OF OUR CHILDREN, I shut it out and asked for another server and she said she could not do that. We found the manager and asked one and immediately got another. In return, the waitress we used to huddle around the bar with the other servers that laugh about us and talk loud enough about us to hear. The whole experience was unpleasant. Before we spoke to the SAME Manager again and we said it was special and literally NOTHING was done about the scenario. They allowed the staff to treat us so unprofessional. I was and I'm still really horrified. Sure to say it is NOT an environment for children and families. We will return NIE and report the incident of BBB"
