"You want to talk about great pizza... Then we'll talk to the original Bill Bobe Pizza! I come here all my life, like my father. It is for many, many decades in business, and if a line around the building waiting for them to open is not enough proof to convince you that they are very a strong local favorite for a reason, good, then I just feel sorry for your level of basic healthy sense, lol. If you are from the city, this will be a unique pizza experience for you. It's very a hometown, a kind of pizza. The crust is very, very thin, but not crispy. Think New York style thin, but it is not crispy on the bottom, and not chew on the top. It is very unique. When it comes hot and fresh, you need a fork. It is not undercooked or dough in any way, it is just as it is prepared. It is hand-made, hand-rolled, and hand-ground. You can buy nowhere or even restore this masterpiece of dough if you tried it, and I would take this explanation to the bank! They would be pressed hard to find a pizza crust that even resembles a crust as unique as it. After it is only a bit cooled, just after 10 minutes or so, where it is still very warm and satisfying pace, it is easier to eat only with hands. You have a deep plate crust, but I never tried and probably never will, unless someone offers me a slice. I always stick with the original 100% because it is just as amazing. The sauce is very tomatoes. It is easy in seasons, but I will tell you it is PERFECT in this way. I am someone who enjoys fat flavors and prefers, and this is not a fat sauce at all, but I absolutely love it. It is also as fresh as can be fresh, and you notice that freshness comes from all layers of this pizza. Here too it is very unique. The vegetables are cut extremely thin, like paper thin usually, and the meat is always fresh and also very finely crumbled in the way it is processed, with the exception of paprika. They are basic pizza sliced paprika. The cheese is also excellent. Very cordy like a beautiful melted pizza mozzarella must be. Everything seems so easy, doesn't it? Simple crust, simple sauce, simple ingredients. But the pizza is anything but simple in taste, texture and overall eating experience. The marriage of the unique styles of the crust, sauce, thin cut vegetables and fresh, finely rugged meat, blown up together with the Italian herbs, make the perfect combination that Bill Bobes is epic pizza. The Farouk is their brand pizza. It includes pepperoni, mild finely rugged sausage, green peppers, onions, mushrooms (I do without the mushrooms for my own personal preference), tomato sauce, lots of cheese, and this epic homemade fresh crust. Everything, and I mean everything, is freshly made, freshly cut and made by hand. The bread sticks are so delicious, they could be a meal of themselves because if you sink your teeth into the first, paired with either their spicy nacho cheese sauce or tomato sauce, you do not want to stop eating them. No joke, Bill Bobe's pizza and bread sticks are so tasty and satisfying that when we go to eat there we always buy an additional pizza and order of bread sticks to take home, on all the rest we have. Make yourself a favor and just try. Dear Lord, just try. You will not forget it, and you will not regret it. Btw, I didn't even touch the amazing sandwiches and salad bar. Yeah, it's worth trying. It is pricier as franchise pizza places natural, but also worth it. Order anything if you have the money. The heated residues are also very satisfactory. You're not going to regret it. PLEASE make sure you only go to Bill Bobe’s on the 6th Street. That's what I'm doing here. There are other Bobes pizzas in Vincennes and nearby cities, but this is the original, and none of the others are all that is even near the perfection that Bill Bobes Pizzeria is."
