"The service is usually good at this restaurant, but I've occasionally had trouble communicating with one of the Micronesian women who works there. For instance, when I ordered a footlong Italian sandwich, she misunderstood and thought I said something about children eating for some reason. Then she mentioned "herbs Italian," and I had to repeat "Italian" five times to clarify my order. Eventually, she brought me a six-inch sandwich and said "six in." Other customers heard me raise my voice, which is something I typically don’t do. I visit this place at least once or twice a week because I love my Subway, and overall I'm usually satisfied with their service. However, communication is crucial. If I had accepted what this woman said initially, my meal would have turned out completely different."
