"During our visit to the restaurant, the server accidentally spilled drinks on our table, causing a mess on my clothes and the floor. As I was picking ice cubes out of my bag, I was disappointed as it was my son's birthday. The manager apologized and removed the cost of the burgers from our bill, reducing it from nearly $80 to $55. Unfortunately, the waiter confessed to having a similar incident earlier and seemed a bit confused. I suggested that he should go home, which was ridiculous. Later, the manager had to break up a fight between two female employees, one of whom he had been talking to just moments before. The situation escalated to the point where the police and ambulance were called, making the experience embarrassing. This was my second visit to the restaurant, and it will be my last. It's a shame that my meal wasn't comped under the circumstances."
