In particular, a food server is distinguished by excellence, its name is Brandon. He should be a model for all food servers anywhere Jimmy is another great server . The kitchen staff is always ready to fulfill my special wishes. The prices are very reasonable and they have an interesting selection of articles. "Eat there pretty often. Whiting fish with fries was good. My man really enjoyed it. The wings are good, best when fresh. I’ve asked them to make fresh chicken and they had no issues. (If ordering over a certain amount)Chicken over rice is good too.I wouldn’t order sides (mash potatoes/macaroni) or even the cakes/ sweets. they look like they don’t move much."

"I supported this restaurant throughout the Covid lockdown, and I don't use Uber because I try to help local businesses directly (saves the merchant their cut . On Sunday he gave me the wrong order, which was his fault, not mine. When I called he said I needed to bring it back if I wanted credit for his mistake. I live 30 minutes away so it would have taken 1 hour while I had Chanukah company who were sitting down for dinner. And he wasn't even offering to make me up the correct order! When I tried to compromise (partial credit he was abusive and said I would need to bring it back and I was no longer allowed in his store. (I later learned that Visa would not let me dispute the charge unless I drove the food back to W Hempstead, so he knew I would be charged for his mistake. See his nasty responses to other reviews! He blamed me for his mistake, and was abusive. I tried to compromise, to judge him favorably, but now must share this horrible story with the community."

"So I ordered via door dash and they was a mistake. We didn't realize how far the restaurant was from where I was located but my accepted my order anyways. The owner drove 15 miles himself to deliver my food. When I called the restaurant about the delay they explained the situation and was so kind. Their manti and babaghobush was amazing 10/10Customer service 10/10I will definitely visit the restaurant in person to try out more food. Very exciting I found this place."

"We had an eggplant appetizer, adana kebab, and lahmacun. Everything was delicious. I love that they also sell a selection of Turkish groceries. The seating area is small but luckily we did not have to wait (went around 7PM on a weeknight). Despite how busy they were, the service was great. I can’t wait to go back! "We were vacationing here from Nashville and had a terrific experience at Gino’s! The food was incredible, the staff was unbelievably friendly, and the service was excellent. I recommend the white pizza and the mozzarella sticks! My family said the variety of pizzas they bought were excellent as well; not a bad pie in the house! Also pay particular attention to the tortellini soup, it was so good. Thanks for being so welcoming, Gino’s!"

"I loveeee this place. Employees are real people who can dress like real people and stand for what they believe in. Food never misses, great vegetarian/vegan options too. Furniture and environment is very antique-y/second hand in a great way. The coffee and tea selection is outstanding. One thing I’ll say is call before to double check if you’re driving from further because occasionally they are closed when things come up but I’ve been many times and recommend to everyone."

"I really had my heart set on surprising my daughter Sidney and her future wife Missy with a dessert table at their wedding welcome dinner, but I wasn't having much luck on finding a vendor in Conneticut. I really didn't even know where to start; as I live in California and was doing everything over the phone. Researching looks, desserts and vendors became somewhat of a job or I'd say passion. I just fell in love with dessert tables and could look through Pinterest for hours. Thankfully during one of my endless searches; I came across photos of some of the amazing tables Sydney Perry of Sydney's Sweets has created. Of course she was in West Hempstead New York and the event was going to be held two hours away in Connecticut. I figured she'd say it was too far to drive like the other dessert table vendors I'd found, but she didn't. I was especially grateful she was going to be making our dessert table, because Sydney is a Food Network Champion. She just won their Season 8 Spring Baking Championship that aired in March and it shows in every last detail and bite of her little masterpieces. She also worked with me and made changes to my concept more than once, twice, three times, but she was always patient with me. She knew just how important this dinner was to me and help bring that vision to life! She even made several off menu speciality items for me, because of course I wanted the theme colors of the evening to pop in the dessert colors. I'm sure she doesn't get a lot of requests for orangsicle mousse dessert shooters in just the right shade of pale peach, but she made them flawlessly. They weren't just beautiful little works of art, but some of the best desserts I've ever had. People just raved about them and the table itself. It was beautifully designed. I can't praise Sydney enough or . Thank you for helping to make it such an amazing event that I was proud to host for my beautiful daughter Sidney and her now wife Missy!"

"The food is fresh and delicious. We have some food allergies, and I appreciate that they take the time to call and double-check, which is fantastic. However, I've encountered an issue during my last two online orders. They adjusted the total and charged me extra for "add-ons," even though I didn't request any. The only thing I specifically asked for was to omit sesame seeds and seaweed paper due to my allergy. Instead of reducing the charge for removing those items, I ended up being charged more. That doesn’t seem fair."

"Seriously going downhill since they first opened. Food used to be great! Now it's a hit or miss. Pay your money and hope for the best. And the staff is incompetent and all charge different prices for the same food. Today I was told a usual 2 piece chicken meal now only comes with 1 and a half pieces. And the menu clearly says medium (1piece) large (2piece). And it's $1 more now with less food. They have the nerve to try to charge $2.50 for ONE piece of fried fish. That is robbery. And I was just there last week and was charged $2 per piece. and the lady who charged me $2 was standing right there pretending it wasn't her who charged me that price, but I stayed silent because my goal was not to get her in trouble. Not worth going there anymore. They upcharge prices, skimp you on the food, and act like you don't know what you're talking about when you ask about the fluctuation in prices. I'm so done with them. There is conveniently NEVER a manager around to speak to. They need to be shut down cause what they do there is straight illegal!"

Crispy chicken sandwich was great. Overall decent fair and won 't break the bank. Whenever I crave Mcds I order from here instead. $1.91 more and just better."
