"My mother's day and birthday reservations were scheduled for May 14, 2023. We were told there was a mother's day brunch buffet, and looked the menu up online. It seemed like it would accommodate all nine of us, especially the children. We paid the deposit. When we arrived, there was no buffet. We waited for our table to be cleared. We asked the server about the buffet, and were told they didn't have it today. We asked about a children's menu, and were told they didn't have one. Upon further questioning, we found out they had children burgers and chicken and fries. We ordered the burger plain. When it arrived, it was loaded with aoli and onions, tomatoes and lettuce matadora burger). I ordered the paella, which had empty mussel shells on the top, and was underwhelming. Some meals were OK, such as steak and eggs. We were hoping to get cake, but there was only one option lava), so we ordered several churros, which were dense and oily. The chocolate sauce tasted like Bosco. I have called several times to speak with the manager, but none of my calls have been returned. They did include an 18% tip for themselves. Our server was not very sympathetic to our situation."
