"Guys! I was a super fan since the opening, but things are recently rough. Apart from working through personnel problems and hours of operation recently, there are now problems with online ordering or food delivery ability to order. I came personally today as this was the only way to order. I ordered a Kahuna crunch bowl with a few extras... and that's the third time I was filled like the bowl! At least under the old administration these bowls were bursting (sometimes literally! full! I didn't order Jalapeños who were missed. I asked to confirm what order was mine when I saw in the bag from above, there were 2 orders ready and when I mentioned the Jalapeños, they went and just pushed them out. I understand, and I worked in fast food, but I found a few more in there while I was eating. Not the end of the world for me, but someone could be different. Either begin to fill the bowls again (I mean, I have almost $20 for a single "fast food" paid or lower prices... or get smaller bowls to meet the size of your offer without people feeling shortened."
