"I ordered from the website on Sunday, July 30, 2023, at 10:30 AM, well before peak dinner hours. By 11:30, I still hadn’t received my order, so I called to check if perhaps they had closed or if there was an issue with my order. I was assured that they were open and had my order in hand. When I called back to clarify a few details about the bill, our call got dropped—I’m not sure if we were hung up on or if it was a disconnection. When I called again, they confirmed that my order was on the way. Finally, at 12:19 PM, my order arrived, but it was cold. It took nearly two hours to get our pizza, and neither time I called was I informed that they were particularly busy or understaffed. I’m puzzled as to why it took so long when we live just a 10-minute drive from the Xenia location. While this was my first negative experience with the Xenia location, I believe it is important to address this issue."
