"I would give them a zero if possible. we asked technical if they were much more pure (speciality) and became ABSOLUTELY...they suck! They brought one to the table and said we were sorry. we could never have come back if that were the case. I painted it! over inaccessible! never come to seek drinks. Stop!"

"it is an excellent eating and weeping on a 10-course festival, without doubt. but for a Michelin star place the service was hasting (may perhaps be underoccupied at our day), very briefly explaining the weed and eating and ran away, and generally no personal note of the place. also some of the dishes missed a character they were still nice but without surprise, namely the full green 4 curs, the kimchi fish 2. and the hazelnut only dessert. also the white wine varieties somewhat mixed, the stronger character of the giant should not be the first, and the mild chardonnay should not be the last white, but vice versa. it is very good overall, but for a 7000kr two-person dinner would expect higher standards to 5 stars."

"Great even by international standards. Homemade beer was surprisingly hood, the burger also (smoked meat and fresh vegetables). The cheese was the best blue cheese I ever tasted (it won the award of cheese in the world) and chocolate mousse was less special but still good. Bar looks great and waitress was nice, overall a very good dining experience. Prices are good by Norwegian standards, but I wouldn't mind paying these prices outside of Norway for this quality."

"The food was good, the staff was nice and hard working, and the location is superb. But the shortage of staff ruined our visit. You will need a lot of time if you visit this place. We got an excellent table by the window. Then the waiting started. First for the menu, then for the attention from a waiter to take our order. This restaurant demands a high degree of patience from the guests, When at last the food arrived, the burger was really good. When the youngest member of our group expressed his joy for the chipotle sauce, he immediately got a second portion, Nice. Then there was the waiting for an opportunity to pay, It took a long time, We observed the staff members running out of their shoes to satisfy the guests, Why can`t the management ensure sufficient staff on a beautiful summer day in Molde? In spite of a decent burger, this was a frustrating experience. We visited the restaurant on Wednesday, July 15, 2021, from 14.00 to... who knows when we managed to leave...:"

"We had made a booking later but as we were hungry and in the area, we went to try our luck to be seated earlier. Even though it was the national day, we were met with big smiles and a table was arranged in no time! We both had the frilled salmon, which was lovely! The menu doesn’t have much variety but bet all is done with extra care! The menu being a newspaper was a fun touch."

"Overall, really great experience. From the moment you walk in the door, you feel very welcomed, as if they 've been expecting you all night. You then enjoy a beverage and snacks in their lounge area, before moving to your table. We had the Medium tasting menu, which was more than enough food (6 courses 4 snacks in beginning). We also did the wine pairing which was great, however if you 're going to pour wine free handed, make it a good, even pour. Our guy friend we were with received significantly larger pours of wine with every pour (6) than myself and the other female which was slightly annoying we 're all paying the same price dude give us the same amount of wine. We definitely felt like we got slightly gypped on that aspect. It also is significantly more expensive than most of the other starred restaurants in Oslo, which I am unsure why. All in all, we had a good experience and would recommend."

"Walking back from the cable train after a trip to Floyen (above Bergen) we walked past Escalon and saw people having fun through a window at ground level. With this a fantastic bbq cooking smell it hooked us in and we had a great tapas dinner! English menu and great staff. Great time, thanks!"

"modern restaurant with a cozy atmosphere. the menu is quite minimal, a few appetizers, main courses rich in suppe, fish, ochse, burger. the drink card is good. I tried a gimlet that was delicious, and my friend had a passion fruit a little soaked. the daily cut of ochse for the main course, and it was good! but a little small for me. also potato leaves from potato were very delicious!"
